Woman Finds $100,000.oo in Safety Deposit Box - Bank Grabs It! Official Government Spying and ID Sharing? Charley Varrick (1973) Routine
Recall the article(s) I posted on government and cops using identities of other persons?
Recall the mention of 'parallel bank accounts'? Someone with my name had an account with a major bank when I opened my account there, but the banker quickly turned the screen away from me when I pointed to my name on it and said no it was just something else.
'Woman finds extra $100,000 in safety deposit box, but bank takes cash and offers no explanation' (1)
What happened here is also a possible reason why so much unlawful government spying is going on. If crooked government officials and crooked banking officials have access to all the identities why wouldn't those dope money skims and money laundering skims get salted away somewhere temporarily just like the money bags in the film, 'Charley Varrick', starring Walter Matthau & Joe Don Baker? (2,3)(Warning - film has strong language and violence)
The problem happens when the crooked money is misplaced or stolen and the government databases must be accessed in order to locate who took the money. Ha! It likely causes lots of unlawful surveillance and spying.
Did you think banks didn't do things like that? Well there's the ho-hum world for daydream believers, the sheeple, to live in - then there's the real world of 'Charley Varrick'. Fortunately for the bank, this lady was not as unforgiving and brutal as the fictional characters in 'Charley Varrick'. Some of the stuff in films does happen in real life.
The big-guy enforcers like Joe Don Baker (excellent actor) are also out there in real life. And...er...ah..don't let em in the trailer with ya!
