The Entire Speech by JFK that May Well Have Led to His Death

Vatic Note: Oh, my, this is the very first time I have heard this speech in its entirety. This not only shows the full extent of the problems he saw, but it shows just how closely he called it back in 1961, and why he had to die according to the planned coup of the nation. We are seeing today, the results of his vision and knowledge that had he remained alive, would certainly have changed the world as we know it today.
Every time I read or listen to one of his speeches and read what he did to keep his promises, that cost him his life, I am more and more convince of the greatness of this man and just how big a loss to our nation, his death truly was. Like all Presidents, I have no doubt he made some mistakes, but on the bigger picture and larger scale, I believe if he had been allowed to live, they would have paled in comparison to the good he was doing.
Please listen to the entire speech. It reveals even more than the short version did, and maybe that is why the short version was promoted instead of the full speech. We also get a glimpse of JFK's incredible sense of humor and intellectual prowess. What a man and what a great President.
JFK Secret Societies Speech (full version)

JFK was actually talking about current events of the cold war and how nontraditional enemies were gaining information on how the US was battling this war.
In this speech JFK actually points out "the need for far greater "official" secrecy"...as well as "the need for a far greater public information". (VN: I believe he was talking about more than that, I believe he saw what we see today, non traditional enemies and wars....but you listen and decide for yourselves.)
JFK admits "I have no easy answer to the dilemma that I have posed," but also states, "and would not seek to impose it if I had one." This is a major difference from where todays elected officials stand. (VN: that is because JFK stood for honor, integrity, and his sworn oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States..... he meant it when he took it, reps today do not. They just want to know how much will be going into their pockets.)
