Possibly on Monday or Tuesday Aug 11 or 12 the 800 numbers may be released enabling US citizens to call and arrange appointments at the top US banks to convert foreign currencies.
Concerns about liquidity and the availability of the new "Treasury Notes" that are gold backed - those concerns are gone I believe, as of late Saturday night.
Note that the new US Treasury Notes are not paper money. They are digital and you won't be carrying them around. The government plans for the US economy to be paperless within a few years. Reason: The NSA can't track our pocket money, whereas ATM cards and credit/debit cards can be perfectly tracked.
Hoping for currency conversions gallore this coming week - but don't write to tell me about it. Don't tell hardly anyone your dates, rates, nor experiences. There will be plenty of bank stories, praises, and complaints in Dinar Recaps and in the forums from people who didn't know the dangers. Some will spill their stories on Facebook. But not you I hope.
Better to keep silence.
Pray that the craziness in Bagdad this Sunday evening does not become a harmful distraction.
