It’s time for Discernment and Protection

Notes: Although I don’t believe in the titles of Light workers, I will use that term in this post because many people believe they are one. A light worker for me is a hierarchical term and that’s why I don’t like to use it, but I respect those that do so I will include this in the post. 
Ascension for me means integration of the 3 elements of body, soul and higher self, as our higher self is not currently part of us. Many so called experts on this subject have different reasons why we are so fragmented but I like the theory of our bodies not able to survive in changing frequencies as the Planet was originally created into a higher 5D frequency and through time, star wars, different off planet races altering our DNA our bodies simply could no longer hold all the components. During the EVENT which I call “soul re-integration” we will become one as we come together and transcend into higher dimensions. Keep in mind we were originally created as higher dimensional beings and are devolved to where we are now.
All light workers and those wishing to follow Ascension path must listen to their own intuition at all times. Intuition comes not only in flashes of knowing but also in feelings of excitement, a sense of rightness or resonating with your frequency.
We instinctively know what the energy of a person or situation is even if we can’t quite put our finger on it. The first instant impression, before our rational thinking mind takes over, is so often the right one. If you sense something is moving too fast for you, call a halt. If your gut feeling is that something is not quite right, check it out. People often say to me: “I just knew they were lying, but I did what they wanted anyway”.  Trust your inner voice, higher self or handle the consequences.
Discrimination is not judgement on anyone. There may be times when you don’t feel right about someone you may talk to but you don’t trust them enough to invite into your home. I have let a few ladies into my home to clean it, despite my gut telling me not to do that because they really needed the money and I wanted to help.  I discovered a few months later that some of my jewelry was missing, if I had listened to my higher self, I would have followed my original instinct and found a reputable cleaner. Would you want a thief as a friend? We can honor someone on their path and still take a decision that we do not wish to be connected to that energy.
Many light workers feel they are being judgemental whenever they say no. Often, healers and therapist such as me can’t turn away someone who comes to them for help, so they get overwhelmed by the heavy energy of those who seek to drain their light.
All energy has a vibration. It’s up to you to discern the energy of those around you and then discriminate about which ones you wish to have in your life or you wish to work with or treat.
Cults, religions and most government dictate what people do or think. This severe control and domination holds people back. This is the danger of cults and religions. When we let someone tell us what to believe or do, we become puppets. The mass suicides of young cult followers which hit the headlines i the past are tragedies which resulted from individuals giving their power away to someone who is dark, in other words, separate from source.
More wars have been waged and killings and tortures perpetuated in the name of religion than for any other reason. In any case the leaders have been working for the darkness and their followers have not sued discernment.
Our answers come from higher self, currently higher self is separate from us, the distance all depends on our soul maturity, energy signature, self awareness and practise. In many cases people can’t discern because for whatever reason they can’t access their higher selves.  I can go as far as to say that there exist things beyond our control preventing us from accessing our higher selves.
Entity possession, archon mind control, etheric  implants, various frequencies that surround us through the use of wireless technology and don’t need to mention HAARP, chemtrails and who knows what else they are spraying in the atmosphere.
I know people that simply can’t get a signal and use their rational-logical mind because they don’t feel the intuitive signals; it’s happening more often lately especially if you live in a populated dense area. We emit a specific frequency, in fact each soul has its own unique frequency code it is recognized by and it can be interfered with knowingly and unknowingly.
IF children and adults were given permission to speak their truth and taught to listen to their intuition, then honored for doing so, there would be no war. People who follow their intuition/higher self become peaceful, happy, fulfilled people.
We are all being bombarded with information and channeling from all sorts of sources. Some people tend to read or listen to all and believe it all. This can be incredibly confusing. Not everyone brings through information from the highest source and it’s up to us to use our powers of discrimination to take in only what feels intuitively right to us.
The higher beings of Light welcome challenges. It means that we are being conscious in our efforts to discriminate. If we are not sure, we can ask these beings if they are from source or we can say/think: “In the name of God all that is light, are you…..??”  Wait for an answer. If it is “yes”, repeat our challenge twice more, each time waiting for a response.
When you have received your reply and want to go ahead with your communication, it is totally appropriate to ask what their purpose is and intention is in contacting you. If you have any doubts whatsoever during the communication stop and challenge again.
Then relax and enjoy the process of communicating with a higher energy, always accepting only what feels intuitively right for you.
PROTECTION
As the New Age is beginning to dawn, before long the facades of the old ways will crumble. Life will become a team effort; everyone will help to bring out the best in each other so that everyone gains. However, until everyone has the highest intentions towards their fellow beings, we need protection.
I have always believed that the best protection is an open heart, but we are physical, emotional, mental and spiritual beings and any disharmony in these 4 bodies will cause us to be vulnerable so that darkness and confusion can enter.
Darkness is defined as anything of a heavy vibration such as fear, jealousy, anger or depression. When brooding, malevolent, critical or angry thoughts and emotions are directed at you, they can penetrate your weak or vulnerable areas like arrows. Very often they serve to take away your clarity and fill you with confusion. Then you doubt.
If you are ungrounded, you are vulnerable. The biggest vulnerability is fear. The old adage that there is nothing to fear but fear itself is very true.  If you are weak minded and easily influenced, you are psychically open, a sitting target for trouble.
Those who are strong-minded, calm, relaxed and happy are impregnable. When you are dancing, having fun and laughing, you are a source of despair for anyone wanting to attack you psychically. They can’t get a hold on you.
Suppressed or denied emotions block your chakras; while wild out-of-control feelings leave you open and out of balance. The goal is to flow emotionally by honoring your feelings and expressing them as you feel them.
The greatest protection is serenity. Are you in harmony with your spirit? Do you feel satisfied and fulfilled in life? Do you have time to relax and enjoy the beauty of the world around you?  Are you happy to be on Earth? In order to transcend/Ascend we must be able to relax and enjoy the flow.
There are many methods of clearing and healing available to anyone that wants to know and learn. I am not suggesting any. What worked for me may not work for you. We are all unique in all our different aspects so it makes no sense for me to suggest.  Each will find their own means of reaching their goals, trusting in your divinity and power is all it takes to find the methods that suit your growth level.
It’s really not that hard, the most difficult path is taking control of your life and accepting responsibility for everything. The rest is a piece of cake.
