Good Afternoon, Gentlemen & Ladies;
It appears my first transmission was hacked, so we shall try this, again.
With the mid-term elections just around the corner, you are, no doubt, very busy with your campaign, or assisting someone else’s campaign, yet, we have a couple of major problems, that demand your immediate attention.
Before opening the attached documents, I have a few special requests of my invited guests, and reviewers.
1). After reviewing & assimilating the attached documents, if you are so inclined to lend your support to Montrose County Sheriff, Rick Dunlap, and to encourage him to initiate & complete a full investigation into the activities of those so named in this presentment. 2). If you are inclined to agree with the content of this message, and the attached evidence, you are invited to exercise your Constitutional Rights, and file a complaint with the following individuals of these State & Federal agencies;
a). John Piatenesi of the Federal Bureau of Investigations in Grand Junction, at 970-242-8360.
b). Colin Reese of the Colorado Bureau of Investigations, at 303-239-4201.
c). Vincent Martinez of the Office of Whistle Blower for the Securities & Exchange Commission, at 800-732-0330, or you may file your own complaint on their website, at http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml.
d). Charise Wood of the Internal Revenue Service Whistle Blower Office, at 801-620-2169.
3). I would encourage all invited guests, and reviewers, to examine the attached “Public Official’s Assessment,” which should give you the knowledge, and the courage, to step forward, and assist with this presentment.
4). Given that the Daily Sentinel, the Montrose Daily Press, and the Watch Newspapers, have had this story for some time, now, you may want to contact the editors of these papers, along with other main-stream media outlets, and request that they publish what they know of this developing story, and to encourage them to step forward as “Stewards,” and “Trustees,” of OUR First Amendment Rights, and to remind them, that to conceal, suppress, deny, or abridge, your Rights to know the Truth about the existence of public corruption, is unacceptable, and un-LAW-ful.

Finally; When casting your ballot, you may want to ask, why you are being asked whether, or not, to retain any of the “judges” listed on the ballot, when you were NOT given the Right to “elect” them, in the first place. The fact is, that even if everyone voted, “DO NOT RETAIN,” these “Judges” would NOT be removed from the bench! As “Administrators” for a “foreign principle,” they are NOT obligated to the vote of “the People,” NO more than they are obligated to obey any LAWS of Colorado, or the US. This includes NOT being obligated to “the People’s Constitution!” It is here, that they are, totally, mistaken!!
If you are in doubt as to the genuine Truth of this matter, you will want to review Marbury v. Madison, USC Title #22, The “Titles of Nobility Act,” “The Original XIII Amendment,” and the XI Amendment; all of which are attached for your study & review.
