A statement of fact for the Bundy family in Nevada.


“We are American State Citizens standing on the land jurisdiction of the united States of America.

We fly the Civil Flag of The United States of America (Major).

We are at peace and there can be no excuse for mistaking us as “rebels” or trouble-makers of any kind. We are non-combatant civilians inhabiting the Nevada State and we and our property are owed every protection of The Hague Conventions, especially Article 55.


[size=undefined][size=undefined]All action against us and all presumption against our private property[/size][/size] must cease and desist [size=undefined][size=undefined]or[/size][/size] those creating this violence and predations will be guilty of war crimes and stand accused as such.

I agree that the 'State Citizenship' is an issue they have not as yet learned to deal with, and therefore any actions against them Personally would be difficult. However as far as their so called "Private Property", if that 'ownership' or deed is Recorded with the County or State Registry of Deeds, guess what, they don't really own the Land, (it is Not Sovereign land) only the use of it (thus Property Taxes), Regardless of being aware of it. That makes defending it almost imposible under the present system.
