“We are informing you that the police department is scheduled to be reclaimed by its citizens today”

Ferguson, MO — Protesters have occupied the police station in St Louis demanding that the “occupiers of the St. Louis Police Metropolitan Police Department….be removed from power.
According to the post on the facebook page for We Copwatch, the occupation began this morning.

Ferguson comrades have occupied the STL Police Dept as of right now!!

You gotta love that, now, if we can do this nationwide.....

The big howler in this first step is potentially an even more divisive one......

The "demands" of the mob of for the benefit of the mob, show the clowns who is in charge IE the public and it will scare them. Start moving away from the Constitution in those "demands" and there will be little support, if they got their way AND others follow then the Constitution is as redundant as it is claimed to be today.

Take back your rights under law from oppressive alien (no pun intended) ideology is one thing, sticking to what is acceptable to all is another. Although I am not American the views I have about how to do and achieve a reclamation are not isolated. Stick to the Constitution, proving it has been abused by the current non entities, then if needed look at changing it AFTER it has been restored.

This is likely the pattern that will occur in Europe in the near future

I hate to rain on the we the people parade, but these people are members of the system. This, if true, would be a move towards Marshall law...You folks still want to believe that we have any control over what is transpiring...FOLKS, THEY ARE THAT GOOD.....PERIOD.

Use the Constitution at every opportunity, use the law, and give them no excuses. These people have more experience but nothing that cannot be learned quickly, they have the illusion of power. YOU have the Constitution which THEY must obey or stand down.

Please correct me if I am wrong here....American law is based upon English common law....

In current English law, despite much tinkering and EU interference Article 61 of Magna Carta is claimed to have been repealed, yet there is a huge questionmark over the legitimacy of any Parliament to do so

It has been used to scare councils here a few times recently hence this

It has become very difficult and expensive to use the constitution..Our courts and our elected officials have slandered and butchered the constitution without any fear of repercussion. Do we see small victories here and there, darn straight we do......Its all about standing, understanding and application of the information, and most dont even know who they are recognized as when they enter a courtroom. So....bsforever, you are correct in your thoughts, but they are so far beyond what we understand that they just laugh at most of our attempts.........
