Alien Attack on Mars: Part II Dr. John Brandenburg’s Research

Dr. John Brandenburg has probably proven the existence of extra terrestrial intelligent beings and for this he has been criticized. Why is it that all new ideas, especially those that could permanently alter our scientific view of the cosmos, have to be attacked and vilified?
Why do supposedly educated and intelligent people desire to resurrect the Inquisition? This is the 21st century and the popes no longer rule over science. Well, maybe if we summarized Dr. John Brandenburg’s research it will be easier to understand.
Here is what his research tells us. He took the data collected by various satellites sent to Mars and noticed that an extremely high level of the isotope Xenon 129 is found on the surface of Mars as opposed to subsurface rocks and ancient meteorites. These isotopes are found on Earth as a result of thermonuclear blasts and nuclear weapons manufacture.
The youngest Mars meteorites (180 million years old) contain material exposed to high energy neutrons (E>100MeV) not seen in any other Mars meteorites.
A Mars map of global radioactivity radiates from two (2) regions, Mars Acidulium and Utopia Planum, and wraps around the planet to form an “antipode deposit”.
There are no large craters indicating “air burst” explosions.
This explosion could not occur from a natural reactor because it would need a moderator and cannot form fast neutrons. These explosions on Mars require weapons grade material and could not result from a natural event.
Cydonia Mensa and Galaxias Chaos, the locations of a ancient Mars civilization, are down wind from the blasts and would have received fall out.
Furthermore, Brandenburg tells us of the Principle of Mediocrity which underlies all SETI research. This principle holds that the earth and its biosphere are neither special nor unique but part of the natural process of the cosmos. Therefore, we should expect ET.
Also, the cosmos is 13 billion years old, the earth is 4.5 billion years old, and Homo sapiens are 200 thousand years old. So, other civilizations should exist but we don’t find them. This failure to find ET is called Fermi’s Paradox.
There is also evidence that Mars was more Earth like in the past and had an oxygen atmosphere. This is demonstrated by the “red” hematite in the ground.
He also discusses what he claims to be evidence from Mars photos taken from various spacecraft that show eroded archeological artifacts.
