Why?
There is a rare concurrence--
The spring equinox takes place and this means, all around the world, day and night are exactly of equal duration. In other words yin and yang are in balance.
AND [size]
There is a solar eclipse that same day. The moon (yin) tempers the excess of the sun (yang).
Isn't this exactly what we want to accomplish with the Grandmothers' work? --To abate yang's overdrive by placing yin in its field of power (solar eclipse) AND thus attain a balanced yin-yang state (spring/fall equinox).
The maximum of the solar eclipse is 9.37 a.m. UTC and the spring equinox 9.45 p.m. UTC. What are the odds? Almost at the same time.
In addition there is a new moon at 9.38 a.m. UTC.

THE RISE OF THE DIVINE FEMININE
All over the world people will join in meditation during this Solar Eclipse. Read here about the initiative of Ton van der Kroon:
"On March 20 thousands of people will tune in to the 'The rise of the divine feminine'.
On March 16 the 7th and last Pluto square of Uranus occurs. These are the planets responsible for all the turmoil and changes in the past months and years.
Just before the equinox there is a solar eclipse and new moon, in an alignment with six female planets. All of these create a moment of transformation --an incarnation of the feminine: the energy of forgiveness, compassion, sensuality, fertility and love."
PREPARATION
Do you want tune in to this meditation? Please do. Especially the days between 16-21 of March are crucial. Light a candle, listen to beautifull music, and tune into your body and everything that arises. Ask the Grandmothers to prepare you for the meditation on the 20th. The Grandmothers will help you let go of some of the blockages in your body.
THE MEDITATION
Let's meditate together around 9.37 a.m. UTC, and if this time doesn't work for you, do it any time on the 20th. Together we will give the work of the Grandmothers an extra boost by connecting through the Net of Light with each other, the Grandmothers, and with the energies of the Spring Equinox & Solar eclipse.

Join your Grandmother sisters and brothers for deep connection to one another, to the ancestors, and to the lands where we'll meet. Our goal is deep healing, and our reach will be broad.
The Great Council of the Grandmothers is taking us to greater depths. Their message is as ever a return to balance between Yin and Yang and a respect for the underlying unity of all life. They ask that we live in the One Love and they offer to guide us past the superficial boundaries of nationality, time, and space.
Together we will heal the past and in so doing, heal the present. We will connect the lands where we are gathering with the Net of Light. This will bring healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation into many dimensions. Working with the Grandmothers, we will:
- Connect the earth with the purity of the Net of Light to heal old wounds.
- Connect with the ancestors of the light within the specific locations where we will gather
- Harmonize relationships to mend the wounds of individuals, cultures, races, and nations.
