Arnie— this is just more of the same old schtick—- they tried him as a corporation.  How do I know for sure?  Because there is NO SUCH THING AS VICTIMLESS CRIME for people.  
He needs to stand on his birthright citizenship on the land jurisdiction of the united States of America as a living civilian and protected person.  He needs to claim the protections of the Seventh Amendment.  
But if he doesn’t do it, nobody can do it for him.
