With no legitimate Contract for protective services- time to FIRE the Vendor!
A proposal for the people to consider…
The people of the Continental United States of America, have no active legitimate service contract for the enumerated powers with the federal corporation operating out of Washington, D.C..  That was the purpose of the organic Constitution created by the founders.
The employees we sent to Washington, D.C. who were elected in good faith, chose to dishonor their employment contracts, created a new version of the contract, without the consent of their employers…the governed…and by the way…failed to fully disclose these unlawful and unauthorized changes.
This places the people we paid for these services, entrusted to protect the interests of the people and to support and defend the Constitution, in breach of contract.  They also breached their financial responsibilities.  Anyone one who signs off on legislation and does not read it violates their basic fiduciary responsibilities.

• NO IRS!!! The Challenge is made! Show us the LAW!
  
• The Health Care Law Doomed on Procedure – If not show us the LAW!
  
• The 14th Amendment. Congressional fraud!
  

Since these acts of deception and fraud affect the national defense, I consider these actions to be acts of treason against the people of the Continental United States of America as well as acts of criminality and not political in nature..  What is your take on the matter?  Please send me your comments- arnie@arnierosner.com
So how do we deal with these crimes against the people and humanity?
Since we have no lawful government and as the people it is we who are in charge, we establish the rules in our jurisdiction.  It is entirely separate from theirs.  We are on the land…they on the sea.
So let me ask you to offer your own suggestions…
And in the meantime, you may wish to consider a thought shared with some other patriots…
Using the internet to such an extent that we may, let us as the people, create a public referendum where we the people submit their own statements exposing the fraud on the part of the impostors?  Each, so-motivated American Sovereign would present official and lawful notice to all global and domestic trading partners and service providers…and the financial rating houses that the people in Washington are not authorized to speak for the citizens of the Continental United States of America.  That further they are not the lawful government of the American people.  And we the people will not stand responsible for their actions or debts.
Essentially as individuals belonging to the class of citizens who are the only authority in America, we the people revoke any lawful recognition from the impostors.
Our public notice makes it a point to declare that anyone choosing to do business with them does so at their own peril.  Also, anyone taking orders from this band of criminals, impersonating the lawful public officers are committing fraud and will be charged accordingly.
These impostors and their agents will be held directly and personally, financially accountable for any damages, injuries and abuses unlawfully inflicted upon any Americans of the land jurisdiction.  This includes their spouses.
No immunity exists for crimes under fraud.  No statute of limitations for fraud exists either, so this arrangement could be made effectively retroactive.
Additionally..to close the loop…
Public notice is hereby given to all parties, the United Nations, International and national corporations, entities identified as government institutions, organizations, agencies, both nationally or internationally, across the globe that any arrangements or agreements made with the impostors described and identified below are with no lawful consequence, are null and void.
In addition, be advised, any public officer, agency, or institution, with members being elected, appointed or acting in the capacity of a contractor, has no lawful authority to act upon any legislative matters promulgated by these unauthorized misrepresentations and must recognize to do so is at their own personal and financial risk.
Any parties causing injuries will be personally held accountable.  Private corporations are also noticed and advised that since there is and has not been any lawful authority since about 1862, all corporate charters are declared invalid and without lawful corporate protections.
Corporate officers, board members and employees are now and retroactively held personally and financially liable and directly accountable for damages and or injuries caused to citizens of the Continental United States of America.
This public notice includes the entire obama administration, the judicial system and the legislative branches of what has been fraudulently misrepresented as the government of the American people.
Further, this notice also applies to the current corporations also misrepresenting themselves as the lawful governments of the states of the union and all county and municipal corporations.
This notice officially revokes all assumed authorities by individuals and agencies who are currently acting without the delegated authority of the citizens of the member states and are deemed to be acting in fraud upon the people.
Any public funds disbursed for any purposes without the lawful authority specifically authorized by the people will be consider as fraud and embezzlement.
Enforcement:
Public notice is also given to all county sheriffs:  Your delegated authority, under the current conditions of fraud perpetrated by the counterfeit governments misrepresenting their lawful authority is hereby revoked to act in the capacity as county sheriff.
Public notice is also given to all state, county and municipal; judges, administrators, boards of commissioners/supervisors/council members, that retroactively, effective with August 01, 2015 their services will no longer be required.
New state, county and municipal elections will be scheduled within the next 10 days to elect lawful representation of the American people and fill the current seats of government which are vacant.
