This is in response to one of the typical fear-mongering, muck raking, propagandist attacks-disguised-as-an-honest-question addressed to me and against Pope Francis, dredging up the 400 year old “secret” Jesuit Oath, etc.

The Jesuit Oath came about during the Counter-Reformation. The Catholic Church felt it was at war against the Protestant Reform. The killing and blood-shed and theft of property on BOTH sides is well-known and has continued in a few isolated spots like Northern Ireland to this day. However, the Jesuit Oath was released some decades ago and is no longer used by the Jesuits or anyone else who is honest.
I can show you half a dozen examples of other old “Secret Oaths” that are more bone chilling than the Jesuit Oath, none of them Catholic in origin, but what would that prove? That Protestants and Freemasons are just as bad or worse?
The Jesuits have always been formally dedicated as shock-troops for the Pope, under his direct Command, to go and to do what he needs done. This is in keeping with their belief and trust that the Pope is the Steward of Christ, literally responsible for the well-being of the planet and everyone living on it.
Is it true that the Roman Catholic Church has sinned? Is it a human institution? Has it committed great crimes? Is it a human institution? Has it even committed genocide in the name of Christ? Is it a human institution? Has it “fornicated” with the kings and politicians and bankers? Is it a human institution? Has it failed it’s mission a thousand times? A hundred thousand? Fifty million? A billion?
How many times have we all failed in our individual lives? When you multiply that by the number of Roman Catholics who have ever lived, you can stop asking ridiculous questions. The Church is NOT perfect. It never said it was. It is composed of sinners and riddled with sin throughout. That is our human condition: imperfection, errors, temptations, selfishness, bragging, fear, contempt, greed, small-mindedness, pettiness, anger, vengefulness— you name it, we’ve got it, like leprosy, like any other loathsome and terminal disease. And because humans ARE the Church, so does the Church suffer all these same errors and infirmities.
I am a Lutheran, born and bred, card-carrying. I can assure you that the Lutheran Church is composed of sinful humans, too, and the Church as a whole is not immune to every conceivable sin and error as a result.
At the same time, I can point to many occasions when human beings have overcome their sinful nature and soared above it, when humble, honest people have accomplished great, even seemingly supernatural feats of goodness and unselfishness and compassion. I can point to almost two thousand years of social progress that the Catholic Church shepherded forward — not without detours, not without mistakes—-but nonetheless accomplished, for all of humanity.
We have schools, hospitals, hotels, and public roads because of the Church. We have organized police forces and fire departments because of the Church. We have universal postal service and public libraries because of the Church. We have private property rights because of the Church. And the Catholic Church to this day remains the most intractable and determined champion of individual responsibility and respect for human life on Earth.
The Catholic Church by its very nature tends to be conservative and careful to an extreme. This is because it very keenly feels the necessity of its mission and dreads missing its mark. It often errs on the side of omission and inaction as a result, but this is not one of those occasions. Other Popes may have failed humanity, but Benedict XVI and Francis have stepped up to the plate.
The moment Benedict XVI took action against the banks and in favor of the property rights of average people, the Church was slammed with one propaganda assault after another. While some of the outrageous claims are doubtless true on a case by case basis, there’s a lot of money and effort going into discrediting the Church and its leaders, a lot of fear-mongering from the sidelines, too.
Who profits from discrediting the Church? Where is this “eruption” of dirt and finger-pointing against the Church really coming from?
It’s coming from the international banking community, and it is showing up now because both Benedict XVI and Francis have moved to prevent genocide, restore private property to the rightful owners, and hold the banks and corporations accountable.
Put very simply, the international banking cartels owe Americans a tremendous amount of money and the return of interest on that money and other private assets including clear title to our land, businesses, homes, and other property. They don’t want to pay up. Instead, they hatched a plan to kill off their Creditors—- that’s us—-and profit themselves. How do the banks and the governmental services corporations they use as fronts profit from killing their creditors?
First, they don’t have to pay us back what they already owe us. Second, they can collect on million and multi-million dollar life insurance policies they have placed on each and every one of our heads, naming their own franchises as the beneficiaries. Third, with fewer people on the planet, the kingpins in back of this monstrous scheme can have larger slices of the pie.
This is the reality of what we are dealing with and what is at stake. If you haven’t already read our book, “You Know Something Is Wrong When….An American Affidavit of Probable Cause”— do so. In the sworn affidavit we lay out a step-by-step simplified presentation of exactly how we got into this mess and who (or what) is responsible. The affidavit also explains the role of the Church and why it is involved.
It isn’t a matter of me supporting the Pope. Its a matter of the Pope supporting me—and everyone else.
Just this morning, for the first time EVER in almost twenty years of efforts to alert members of the clergy of all faiths to the criminality of the banks and governmental services corporations, I got a message of support and outreach from a major ecumenical association of Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish, Shinto, and other faiths from around the world.
These separate religious organizations originally came together to protest the ongoing practice of human slavery and human trafficking, which is a continuing violation of the 1926 Conventions Against Slavery. They have just now realized that the most pervasive form of human slavery has been practiced against us all by banks and the governmental services corporations these same banks have used as “doing business as” store fronts for their activities.
Maybe because I finally hit a nerve and addressed the criminality of the banks in terms of peonage and enslavement and press-ganging (kidnapping) these institutions made the connection between the white collar crimes of personage and barratry and the extremely unsavory results.
I am pleased and relieved to announce that Protestants and Muslims and Jews and Wiccans and Hindus and others from around the world have now recognized the danger to themselves and to humanity in general and they have joined the fight to hold the banks and politicians accountable, but I shall always remember and be grateful for that moment when the light bulb went on and Benedict XVI stood up and took action.
It was Pope Benedict’s support for our claim to our lives and our property that made me his ally in this Battle Royale and it is Francis’s continued support that has earned my respect and trust in him.
Many people have asked me what the Pope will say when he addresses Congress in a few weeks. I don’t know. I expect that he will remind Congress of its duty and its unique position among all the governmental organizations on Earth. I expect that he will address the issues of slavery and press-ganging and human trafficking, which are so central to our current dilemma. I also expect him to address serious environmental concerns— some of the worst of which have been directly caused by irresponsible U.S. Corporations.
He could also reasonably be expected to announce details related to the December 8th Jubilee. I have not corresponded with him or received any communication beyond what is available through the Vatican Pressroom, but everyone should realize that a public “Jubilee” is a major and unprecedented event in modern times.
Jubilees were celebrated in Ancient Judah on a regular basis. During these times debts were erased and property restored, so that people were not alienated from the land of their forefathers and despite whatever their mistakes or debts may have been, they were allowed to return home and possess their inheritance on the land.
On a worldwide basis humanity needs a Jubilee—- a setting aside of all debts and claims, a restoration and repatriation of people to their natural inheritance and character.
This tradition of debt forgiveness and property restoration known as “Jubilee” has direct bearing on the problems addressed by our Affidavit of Probable Cause. We have been press-ganged from our natural jurisdiction on the land, kidnapped, and defrauded of our land and our inheritance. It is most fitting that all our private and public property assets should be restored to us free and clear of false claims and titles, and that we should all be returned home to our natural status en masse.
For the last several months teams of experts have been working hard to develop remedies that people can use to reclaim their status as American Citizens, to reclaim their property and land titles, to secure their assets, to claim their exemptions from taxation, to recover custody of their children, to re-affirm the sanctity of their marriages as something more than commercial contracts, to have control of their own lives and property—-and we will continue that effort and publish a second book devoted to individual remedy if necessary, but we have always felt that a general systemic remedy was preferable and called for.
Americans, Canadians, Brits, Aussies, Germans, Japanese and many others have been attacked and attached and “redefined” as things— as corporate franchises —- by evil and self-interested men claiming to represent the victims. This was done without the victim’s knowledge or consent. They were kidnapped into the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea, press-ganged from the land, and their estates have suffered inland piracy —- all in a black haze of illusion, semantic deceit, and commercial fraud that the victims did not create and from which they did not profit.
Why should the victims of this criminality have to spend their time on Earth going through court processes and complex paperwork, learn legal jargon and pay fees and record documents to undo changes to their natural status that should never have occurred in the first place? Why should average Americans who have already been harmed by all this bear the additional burdens of correction?
They shouldn’t.
The Pope has not told me his plan, but it is a good guess that the Jubilee will set things right again by correcting the public records, restoring property assets to the rightful owners, and erasing bogus debts. If so, that is another very potent reason to support Pope Francis.
Finally, a little advice from an old lady in Alaska: First, don’t take any wooden nickels. Learn the difference between lawful money and pretty paper poker chips. Keep your eye on the ball and watch the game. Elect deputies, but never vote for representatives. Do your own due diligence. Always ask yourself— who benefits? Be skeptical and don’t trust people because of who they are or what office they hold or what church they belong to or which political party they claim to support. Trust them based on what they do and only on what they do. Hold public servants accountable.
And always remember the old Roman adage: courage is the first virtue. It’s the first virtue, because without it, you cannot guarantee any other virtue.
It takes zero courage to stand in the shadows and cast doubt on other people and what they are doing and what their motives are. That’s not the kind of skepticism and due diligence I am talking about. Research what they are saying and doing for yourself. Look up the voting records of “your” Congressional Delegation and don’t be surprised when you find that their votes don’t match their ads. Look up the legal definition of the words “person”, “citizen”, “registration” and “application”. Instead of asking me what I am doing and why, try asking yourself what you are NOT doing and why?
It’s a cheap shot to dredge up a 400 year-old “secret” Oath and use that as your excuse for questioning Pope Francis’s character and motives now. It’s an even cheaper shot to use that to question my motives for what I am doing and why I support Pope Francis’s efforts to bring remedy to people who have been robbed and enslaved for generations by banks and corporate storefronts offering “government services”.
Why don’t you turn up your Shinola Sensor a few notches and ask why all these “elected” and supposedly “government” officials are being so silent on these issues? How is it that they have occupied vacated public offices (see the International Organization Immunities Act) and continued to exercise the powers of those offices? How is it that innocent American Citizens have been kidnapped from their natural born status as living people on the land and thrown into the snake pit of international commerce and redefined as government-owned corporate franchises without their knowledge or consent? And this has happened right under the noses of all the very highly paid doctors, lawyers, military officers, clergymen, police officers and politicians who are on our payroll to protect us?
I will tell you very frankly that what I am doing and why should be self-evident.
I am objecting to being mischaracterized and defrauded by a bunch of crooks and thugs masquerading as my lawful government. I am blowing the alarm bells loud and clear. Look at how much money has been spent the past five years on buying billions of rounds of ammunition and automated weapons that have been distributed to corporate subcontractors like the FBI, CIA, DHS, NSA, FEMA, BATF, IRS and other “government agencies”? And more billions spent on caskets, body bags, and “relocation centers” — also known as concentration camps? Do you think Obama and his cronies and G.W. and his lot have spent all this money for nothing?
I am pointing my finger at the banks and the politicians and the Joint Chiefs and every low-life scoundrel from here to Boston who promotes or allows commercial mercenary armies to operate on our soil under the guise of being lawful government agencies.
I am thumping heads and issuing my affidavits because if I don’t, my great-grandchildren and yours will grow up in a world of horrors instead of heroes.
Stop questioning me and start questioning the people responsible for this mess— the members of Congress, the Joint Chiefs, the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Governor of the so-called “Federal State”, the local Mayors, the Judicial Vicar in charge of your Catholic Diocese, the Archbishop, too. Start beating on the doors of the County Commissioners, State Troopers, U.S. Marshals, Police Chiefs, Sheriffs, District Attorneys, Banking and Securities Commissioners, Provost Marshals, Coast Guard Commanders (they are supposed to be protecting us from inland pirates), Base Commanders, National Guardsmen, School Board Members, Doctors, Lawyers and Clergy of all stripes.
Ask them why they have been “registering” your babies under color of law? Why have they reduced your marriage vows to an undisclosed commercial contract? Why have they claimed that you are a federal employee or welfare recipient when you’re not? Why have they allowed banks to advertise “loans” that aren’t loans of any kind? Why have they promoted fraud upon the probate courts? Why have they allowed unlawful conversion of your private bank accounts? Why have they allowed private, for profit “governmental services corporations” to operate as if they were the actual government owed to the American People? Why do they allow public utilities to send you “statements” disguised as bills? Why do they allow the IRS to harass you and dishonor your tax exempt status? Why have they promoted mail fraud of all kinds?
These people are taking money from the public treasury and claiming to be leaders of your community, pretending to represent you and your interests, pretending to be honest, god-fearing, decent people—- and yet all this felony level crime has been happening under their noses and they have done nothing to stop it or even question it.
Tell everyone you meet that the jig is up. The fraud is uncovered and so is the damage done. Let all honest men and women take up the work before us to restore our nation. As for Mr. Obama and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC., and the banks that own both—-they have one choice and one only—- to abort the plan to attack Americans and cough up all that they owe us. Otherwise, they are going to have the Americans on one side and the rest of the world on the other, and no place to go but straight down.
If you still don’t get it, sit down and read “You Know Something Is Wrong When…..An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” a second time.
