Please post far and wide, and send to your lists.
Attached are the first set of pleadings that have been filed and served for the hearing in Dept. 56, Commissioner Madden.
This traffic legal case is interesting. The Defendant or purported Defendant, in that the parties were switched without any court order, is either a maritime trust, or a Sovereign, natural woman, now 63 years old, widow of a US Navy veteran, handicapped/disabled, whose only support is a Social Security Disability Entitlement that is exempt from levy.
The case exceeded the time limits for arraignment, and separately exceeded the time limit for speedy trial thereafter; the two commissioners in the case were previously self recused in an earlier unrelated case, so each acted without jurisdiction, in corum no judice; the Commissioner at the late Arraignment issued an order of plea without jurisdiction; the second commissioner without jurisdiction conducted a trial in which the Defendant was ordered out of the courtroom during the trial and no attorney was present to represent her during the trial and the judge continued the trial without the Defendant – including the questioning of the witnesses – which the state Supreme Court has issued case law that a judge shall not question the witnesses; the Defendant was never noticed of the final verdict and was not permitted in court during the trial or verdict or sentencing; the Driver License was then suspended administratively by the California DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES without notice for failure to pay a fine that was never noticed; on and on and on. The ticket was issued for a passenger seatbelt violation on 06/06/09 (and has been 666 hell ever since).
See below attached moving papers and judicially noticed evidence.
