He Drank This Beverage Every Day And Lived For 152 Years
Thomas Barr, an Englishman, regularly consumes a beverage that could make him live 152 years. It’s based on a Norwegian recipe, and called whey. It can be consumed from infants to elderly people. In its original state the composition is similar to that of breast milk – it contains 1% of protein and 93% water. It also contains sodium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, various vitamins and minerals. It’s especially great if used in a diet program because of its low calories (just 26 per 100 gr whey).
Whey is recommended for patients with liver disease. The liver has an important role in the body, and whey acts as an organ cleaner. Its beta-lacto globulin enables the BCAA amino acids to fight the disease and prolong the patient’s life.
Whey contains alpha-lactalbumin and also tryptophan, an amino acid that improves our mood and sleep regularity. It also contains lizosom immunoglobulins that improve the immune system of patients with hepatitis.
The lactoferrin in whey fights off infections and toxins, so that’s why whey is recommended to patients with hepatitis C, chronic inflammation, cancer, thyroid disease, and Parkinson’s.
As we already mentioned, it is particularly efficient when its used in a diet. It provides extra energy for the body and replaces the roles of many energy drinks. Whey contains some special protein types which makes it a favorite food of many athletes.
Whey can improve the neurological health by reducing the blood pressure and the glucose levels in the blood. It also has lactic acid that reduces the amount of fungi and bacteria. It incredibly effective against constipation, bloating and chronic intestinal inflammation.
It can be used for the following disease:
- Liver disease
- Stomach ache
- Immunity disorders
- Chronic fatigue
Whey can be made home by raw milk, with goat milk being a better choice than cow’s milk, or it can also be made from organic products bought in markets. It’s a byproduct of cheese – you can obtain a 1 kg and 9 kg of cheese from 10 l milk.
How to make homemade whey
Simmer goat or cow’s milk, then add lemon juice and stir. Once the mix is blended, leave it to cool down. When it’s done, you’ll see a greenish milk – that’s whey. Collect it and keep it in a fridge.
Drink about 1.5 dl 3 times a day until your body adjusts itself to receive one liter per day. At the beginning, you may experience indigestion – solve it by mixing the whey in a glass of water.
