Take A Step Back
When you come into a situation with a preconceived notion, it makes it harder to see the full picture and truly get to know someone. Remember to take a step back and remove any thoughts from your mind.By removing these thoughts, you open yourself up to being able to learn about someone. Over time you will get better at learning to love others which allows you to love yourself. This plays directly into the next way to deal with judgement.
Think Positively
If you are able to control your thoughts, learn to love others and yourself, you can easily begin to switch your focus from negativity to positivity. Whether you’re being judged or doing the judging, if you can learn to switch your mindset.
