He got voluntary turn in when he gets back to cal what was added was that any involvement with currency, tweets, calls, etc he will automatically be called back in and get 78 to 97 months He was granted voluntary turn in, probably about 2 weeks he needs to turn himself in He stated under oath he has never spoke to any government agency his class 2 rating was mandating a 78 to 97 month jail time, they spent 45 minutes convincing the judge to honor the plea agreement, including the Da .The government did not want to drag this out any longer so they agreed to the 1 year 1 day, 1.7 mill judgement, with counseling He actually argued with the judge several times. A lot of us were taking notes and as he left courtroom he sarcastically turned to us and said, you did not have to take notes, I could of set them to you,you can get the court transcripts in about 10 days The judge had a pile of letters from dinarians that influenced his decisions,and I mean greatly influenced his decisions, the judge whated to give them the 78 to 97 months, but excepted the agreement the Da made.

It has been reported that popular Dinar Guru, TNT Tony, of TNT Dinar fame was sentenced to prison on November 30, 20115 at 2:25pm MST. He will serve out a sentence of 1 year and 1 day for defrauding internet investors of over $1.6 million dollars in a online fraud scheme. It is said TNT Tony has 2 weeks from today to get his affairs in order and must report to prison by the end of the two weeks. TNT Tony is not allowed to be part of anything that deals with financial affairs, so he has turned over his TNT Dinar operation to his brother Ray, who will lead the TNT Dinar group as the world waits for the Global Currency Reset.

He was released to travel back to California, where he will have about two weeks to surrender himself when asked to report. Since its monetary related, he is not allowed to have any discussions about the Dinar or anything investment related. If he so much as tweets about Dinar on any of his accounts, he will have to surrender immediately and not be allowed to wait two more weeks. Throughout the sentencing hearing today, Phony Tony was very arrogant and pompous towards the judge. He was confrontational and combative throughout. Many know of this saga, and now should know Phony Tony in Dinarland has been silenced and sentenced. I know someone there who took video and will share when it gets out.

Im sure he'll have ways around it, but if they catch him with anything, he could lose it all.

Part of his sentence, since it was monetary related, Phony Tony is no longer allowed to have a further discussion on the Dinar or anything investment related. Including currencies. Specified NO MORE TALK about the DINAR. He was released to go back to California and will report to prison in the next couple weeks.They said around two weeks.
