So finally I somehow found the original link, and discovered that it’s a piece put together by Lance Schuttler, and it covers more than just Neil’s efforts, but rather a combination of efforts around the world that are intending to put an ending to the cabal, and describes what’s going on with the planet, cabal-demise-wise.
I enjoyed BP’s comment, so I place part of it below.

The Alliance That Is Taking Down The New World Order
Quite a bold title to an article, huh? Maybe you clicked on this because you were interested and hopeful that there is indeed a positive alliance systematically taking down the banking cabal, or NWO, as some like to call them. Maybe you already know of this alliance or maybe you do not. One thing is certain though, whether you believe it or not, this alliance is very real… and is winning.

After publishing a recent article titled, “The Connection Between 9/11, JFK and the Global Collateral Accounts,” I had many requests come in to investigate things even deeper and write about what I find.
The most fascinating part in that article to many people was the notion of the global collateral accounts soon to be opened by Neil Keenan, which are to be used for several humanitarian projects to truly help transform our world for the better.
Neil will also be refiling a previous lawsuit (implicates the U.N. and several other prominent figures) that shows how these global collateral accounts have been illegally used by The Federal Reserve, the E.U. and many well known and wealthy families throughout our world.
This is the same Neil Keenan who filed a Cease and Desist order in February 2014 to Queen Elizabeth II, Evelyn and Jacob Rothschild, David Rockefeller, Hilary Clinton, George Herbert Walker Bush, George Soros, The House and Senate of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, among others.
Monaco Accords
Back in August of 2011, a group of finance representatives from 57 different nations came together off the coast of Monaco to discuss setting up a new global financial system as a way to bring down the NWO. Countries represented included Russia, China, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Brazil, Venezuela and many others, including various large power players; such as the positive faction (non-NWO) from The Pentagon and CIA.
Interestingly, Neil Keenan was also the man who set this meeting up, which some have called the Monaco Accords. No nations from the West were invited as almost all of them were taking orders from the NWO.
Several reports have shown that when Jay Rockefeller tried to get on the boat, he was stopped by Neil Keenan himself. Rockefeller asked Keenan, “Do you know who I am?” Neil replied, “Yes, you’re exactly the person we don’t want on this boat.” Needless to say, Rockefeller was not let on the boat and the meeting commenced with no NWO infiltration.
In fact, this meeting was so important that Blackhawk helicopters soon came up on the yacht (where the meeting was being held) and attempted to use electromagnetic pulse technology to spoil the party. Shortly after that, French fighter jets flew over the Blackhawks and gave them a warning to leave. These French fighter jets were helping to protect the alliance and this game-changing meeting.
Seeing as the East has most of the world’s gold and the documentation to legally bring down the corrupt institutions that have been illegally using the global collateral accounts, this alliance decided to begin creating the new gold and asset-backed financial system. With this meeting heralded as the “shot heard ’round the world” for those “in the know”, several other nations joined and have signed the Acknowledgment of Memorandum of the Agreement documentation, which brought this alliance to 182 countries.
Neil Keenan and team then decided to allow the BRICS nations continue on with the plan to create an entirely new and separate financial system from the Western cabal-controlled financial system. Neil knew that this idea of a new financial system would spread and be implemented even quicker with the help of Russia and China. This then gave Neil Keenan and his team much more time to work towards opening the global collateral accounts for humanitarian purposes; which the cover-up of these accounts is the banking cabal’s deepest, most prized financial secret.
Shortly after that, Vladimir Putin and many others began making moves to publicly bring about the BRICS alliance…
The BRICS
The BRICS stands for the nations founding this alliance: Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa. Since 2011, we have seen several moves by the BRICS that have been obvious as well as not so obvious. Since this section could well include hundreds of events that have taken place in the past several months, I’ll highlight four of the biggest ones to date.
1. In late June 2015, China hosted 56 nations as a total of 57 founded the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Absent from the list was the U.S. and Japan, two of the last countries that are cabal-controlled.
2. Then on July 7th, 2015, the BRICS Bank officially opened.
3. On October 9th, 2015 China launched the China International Payment System (CIPS). This is a huge blow for the Cabal-created SWIFT payment system and is the next big step in yuan internationalization and the end of the U.S. Dollar dominance.
4. On November 30th, 2015, the Chinese Renminbi was officially included in the International Monetary Fund’s basket of world reserve currencies. The cabal really had no choice. If they didn’t include it, the alliance could simply use their own banks (BRICS Bank, AIIB, etc.) to bring about their shift into the asset-backed financial system. With the inclusion into the IMF, the alliance has essentially maneuvered their way into the cabal’s system and now will exert even more pressure on the cabal to either quietly forfeit control of the global financial system or face legal actions for maintaining a fraudulent financial system. All in all, the positive alliance is continuing to gain momentum in ending the fraudulent banking cabal’s control of our world.

1. In August of 2013, a detailed report came out that listed insider information that certain members within the hacker group Anonymous, are working with top level U.S. Military Command/Pentagon Command to systematically take down the banking/political cabal.
2. On July 7th, 2015, Anonymous mysteriously tweeted “Wonder if tomorrow is going to be bad for Wall Street…we can only hope.” The next day, the NYSE and the Wall Street Journal were taken down for several hours. According to this journalist, the BRICS/Pentagon/Anonymous alliance took it down “as a dry run” with more to come.
3. Then in early November 2015, Anonymous followed through with its threat to release the names of up to 1,000 members of the KKK… multiple of which were U.S. Senators and mayors of major U.S. cities.
Will Anonymous soon begin telling the world about the fraudulent abuse of the global collateral accounts and that these accounts are soon to be opened for the benefit of humanity? We shall see.

1. On November 9th, 2015, Russia announced that it had destroyed 448 terrorist bases in just 3 days and that only 34 ISIL/IS bases remain.
2. Then on November 16th, 2015, Putin announced to the world that Russian intelligence has gathered information that 40 countries are financially supporting ISIL/IS…with some of them being G-20 members. Keep in mind too, that he announced this at the G-20 Summit itself. Can you imagine the panic that went through the financier countries that were present at the Summit? Putin continues to send a loud and clear message: He is going to help expose and end this entire cabal-created charade.
3. On November 18th, 2015, Russia announced that it has destroyed 500 oil tankers that were illegally transporting oil from Syria to Iraq. These were ISIL/IS tankers that were generating revenue for ISIL. Their main source of funding is being cut off.
As Mohammad Ali al-Hakim, Managing Director of Iraq’s al-Nakhil news agency, has said, “The end of the ISIL which has been borne by westerners is close.”

Putting It All Together
If anyone takes a deeper look into the geopolitical, financial and energetic happening on our world, its clear that there is indeed a growing alliance that is taking down the fraudulent banking cabal. Neil Keenan is about to open the global collateral accounts, which is indeed what all of the financial and political happenings on this planet have been taking place over– that is, the control (and attempt to maintain secrecy) over the global collateral accounts. Neil’s last two updates have been very positive with much to report. Update 1 and update 2. He is about to do what JFK and Soekarno were close to completing: use of the global collateral accounts to completely transform the world for the better.

Putin and the BRICS are cornering the cabal in different financial ways and certainly politically and militarily.

Pentagon Stunned As Thousands Of Chinese Troops Enter ISIS War

The Kremlin have announced that China are to send 5,000 of its most elite military forces into the Levant War Zone to help Russia in the fight against ISIS, which has left the Obama administration and the Pentagon “horrified”.
The “Siberian Tiger” Special Forces and “Night Tiger” Special Forces Units were given authorization to be deployed by China’s People’s Congress (NPC) on Sunday, after China passed its first anti-terrorism law allowing their army to take part in anti-terror missions abroad.
Most critical to China in entering this war, this report continues, is the “grave” national security threat it faces from both the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh) and Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT)—and as, perhaps, best described by the noted award winning American military-intelligence journalist Seymour M. Hersh who in his latest article warned of this threat by stating:
“China, an ally of [Syrian leader] Assad has committed more than $30 billion to postwar reconstruction in Syria. China, too, is worried about the Islamic State. China regards the Syrian crisis from three perspectives: international law and legitimacy; global strategic positioning; and the activities of jihadist Uighurs, from Xinjiang province in China’s far west.
Xinjiang borders eight nations – Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India – and, in China’s view, serves as a funnel for terrorism around the world and within China.
Many Uighur fighters now in Syria are known to be members of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement—an often violent separatist organization that seeks to establish an Islamist Uighur state in Xinjiang.
The fact that they have been aided by Turkish intelligence to move from China into Syria through Turkey has caused a tremendous amount of tension between the Chinese and Turkish intelligence and China is concerned that the Turkish role of supporting the Uighur fighters in Syria may be extended in the future to support Turkey’s agenda in Xinjiang.”
Though the US corporate-propaganda media continues to blackball from the American people Hersh’s “bombshell” article, this report notes, 2015 has become the year Russia exposed the barbaric nature of Western powers—from their criminal conspiracy for regime change in Syria, to aggression against Yemen, Iran, Russia, China and any country that does not toe the line—and has, also, exposed for the entire world to see that the Obama regimes fight against the Islamic State has all been pretended.
And with the Obama regime reported to be scrambling to come up with new lies to tell the American people about this war, this report says, only one person in that government, US Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, just weeks ago warned the American public that not only is the Obama regime lying to them, they may end up inadvertently starting World War III.

I am doing this with a skeleton staff and a huge amount of work on my table. I wish I could “do it all” and help people with their individual cases, too, but I can’t. There are literally millions of Americans sitting in private for-profit jails who should not be there and trillions of dollars of American assets at risk. I have to keep my eye on the ball and we all have to keep moving forward as best we can. For me, that means pursuing the UN, the rats in DC, the World Bank. For the rest of you, that means educating yourselves, your families, your friends, your neighbors, and yes, the sheriffs and “county” officials and “state” officials and everyone else.
These groups of undeclared commercial mercenaries have “invaded” our country for the purpose of dispossessing us. The only thing that will stop them is a widespread public knowledge of who they are and what they are and an equally public and determined exposure of the facts.
How many “County” Sheriffs really want to prosecute innocent people under color of law?
That’s what’s coming, folks.
Any time that you incorporate anything, it falls under the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the Satanic Law of the Sea or the almost-as-bad Law Merchant.
So what do you do to get back to land?
First, foremost, Job One—- you declare yourself one of the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” described by the Definitive Treaty of Peace called the Treaty of Paris, 1783, Article III and NOT an “inhabitant”— NOT a British Crown subject nor subject of any kind.
Second, make it clear that you are “citizen” of your organic state on the land— Oregon, Wisconsin, Idaho, and so on. They will try to claim that you are “stateless” but you are not. Your “States” are the “States of America” and they are each unincorporated trading companies in their own right, owed the good faith and protection of the British government and the British Monarch.
Third— you all have decisions to make. Your elected the “county officials” in good faith to operate the land jurisdiction of your county, but because of either ignorance or fraud, they are operating as local franchises of a bank owned and operated government services corporation instead.
You can’t liquidate such a “county franchise” because it belongs to the bank, but you can liquidate the bank for fraud and criminal activity. Alternatively, you can leave such a “county” in operation so long as it serves and addresses ONLY federal employees and others who are subject to the federal corporation and hold Public Elections to fill all the vacant Public Offices of your own County on the land. Just make the appropriate Public Notices and organize the unincorporated Counties, elect your Public Officials, and go for it. Elect your Common Law Court Judges, Clerks, Bailiffs, Sheriffs— don’t forget the Coroner. And then once your counties are organized, organize your unincorporated States—- which are not “States of Anything”—- they are States, period: Alaska State, Iowa State, Oregon State.
Once properly elected, bonded, and sworn in, your land jurisdiction County Sheriff is the top Law Enforcement Officer in the country. He can deputize as many men from the community as he needs, saddle up, and ride. He is fully empowered to go to the federal officials and demand that they fork over all American state citizens that have been improperly prosecuted under statutory law to his custody. The feds have to turn over all but those accused of murder or assault with a deadly weapon.
The Sheriff can then determine if the victim of this fraud did anything against the Public Law and release them if they did not.
The federales operating their “states” and “counties” as corporate franchises have been making money hand over fist by pretending that we are all “inhabitants” of their jurisdiction and subjects of the British Crown. They then enforce their in-house corporate administrative “codes and regulations” as if these were Public Laws. By creating 80,000,000 “statutory laws” they create infinite opportunity to accuse people of “crimes” and throw them in jail— a “service” that they charge the victims for to the tune of $25,000.00 per misdemeanor and over a million for each felony.
This is Big Business, big syndicated crime. But there are only so many of them, and a lot more of us, and guess what? They have been running rampant all over the rest of the world, too, so that virtually everyone on the planet hates their guts.
If you are Vladimir Putin or the Chinese General Secretary, what makes more sense? Fighting 390 million Americans, or attacking the real cause of the problem?
It’s time for us to clean up our own mess. That observation goes out to the “inhabitants” as well as the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States”. If we don’t, the rest of the world is going to have to come in here and clean it up for us. It’s that simple and it’s that bad.
So, get moving. Know who you are and assert it. Educate, educate, educate—- and take action.
I am obviously fighting the Good Fight on a large scale, doing all that I can to defend our country from continued usurpation and criminality. This is situation is being exposed and put under the royal noses and everywhere else it needs to be, but this also means that I don’t have time to get involved in individual cases.
Remember what I said— there are literally MILLIONS of Americans rotting in private, for-profit jails who have committed no crime, who have been kidnapped into the foreign federal jurisdiction, accused under inapplicable statutory law, convicted, and there they sit being used as slave labor while the perpetrators of these crimes charge our treasury for the “public service”.
What would happen if I and the others like me stopped to help Joe and Nell and Jake? Then the real job— ending this whole system of predation and injustice— would get lost in the infinite need of millions of individuals and nothing would get done on the larger scale.
Please understand. If I could, I would walk into every courtroom and stop every travesty. I would seize every bond of every state and bank involved in this, too. But I cannot do it all and I can’t do it alone, and if everyone keeps calling me and emailing me with their individual problems, I can’t get my work done.
Now, I’ve given you all more than enough to do. Declare and record (do NOT “register”) your declaration of Political Status. Realize that “Sovereign Citizen” is an oxymoron— you can’t be both at the same time. You are either a sovereign (as with respect to the United States) or you are a citizen (as with respect to your organic Colorado state). It’s one or the other.
Realize that these “inhabitants” who are subjects of the British Crown are here to provide you and your States of America (unincorporated trading companies) with “essential governmental services”—- Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2—and to defend your national trust — “Preamble” — and have no other legitimate business on our shores. They shouldn’t even be talking to you unless they are spoken to.
And they should not be “misaddressing” any mail to YOUR NAME in any configuration, but especially not any NAME that uses only a middle initial.

I was reading your latest update and am now more aware of the urgent need to get infrastructure into place just to process the funding applications. I have already submitted a project funding request to the DHIntake email address, so I won't go over that again. I am in the Australia / New Zealand region and am aware of a lot of people and groups who would like to fund projects in this area and some in other areas in other parts of the world. I am offering to help in some way to get this region up and running, to see these projects get off the ground. Some are quite amazing and it humbles me to see people in this region put others in other parts of the world more in need, than them, first before their own needs. Just two I can think of off the top of my head are providing flush toilets in India so that untouchables and women don't have to manually carry excrement around, and another wants to provide prosthetic limbs for people in Vietnam who have had their limbs blown off from land mines during and after the Vietnam war. I have written to Dave Schmidt as well, as I agree with what you said. There needs to be more Dave Shmidt's in the world. Dave and I converse regularly by email, so he is well aware of my passion and intentions. As I have told him, I have admin and IT skills, I have worked with community groups for years and I am quite happy to undergo background checks and any other form of scrutiny. I know how to delegate and put things in place so that people who have the skills can get on with what they do best. I'll leave that with you and know that I am ready to do what needs to be done to get funds and resources to where it is needed most.

So finally I somehow found the original link, and discovered that it’s a piece put together by Lance Schuttler, and it covers more than just Neil’s efforts, but rather a combination of efforts around the world that are intending to put an ending to the cabal, and describes what’s going on with the planet, cabal-demise-wise.
I enjoyed BP’s comment, so I place part of it below.

The Alliance That Is Taking Down The New World Order
Quite a bold title to an article, huh? Maybe you clicked on this because you were interested and hopeful that there is indeed a positive alliance systematically taking down the banking cabal, or NWO, as some like to call them. Maybe you already know of this alliance or maybe you do not. One thing is certain though, whether you believe it or not, this alliance is very real… and is winning.

After publishing a recent article titled, “The Connection Between 9/11, JFK and the Global Collateral Accounts,” I had many requests come in to investigate things even deeper and write about what I find.
The most fascinating part in that article to many people was the notion of the global collateral accounts soon to be opened by Neil Keenan, which are to be used for several humanitarian projects to truly help transform our world for the better.
Neil will also be refiling a previous lawsuit (implicates the U.N. and several other prominent figures) that shows how these global collateral accounts have been illegally used by The Federal Reserve, the E.U. and many well known and wealthy families throughout our world.
This is the same Neil Keenan who filed a Cease and Desist order in February 2014 to Queen Elizabeth II, Evelyn and Jacob Rothschild, David Rockefeller, Hilary Clinton, George Herbert Walker Bush, George Soros, The House and Senate of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, among others.
Monaco Accords
Back in August of 2011, a group of finance representatives from 57 different nations came together off the coast of Monaco to discuss setting up a new global financial system as a way to bring down the NWO. Countries represented included Russia, China, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Brazil, Venezuela and many others, including various large power players; such as the positive faction (non-NWO) from The Pentagon and CIA.
Interestingly, Neil Keenan was also the man who set this meeting up, which some have called the Monaco Accords. No nations from the West were invited as almost all of them were taking orders from the NWO.
Several reports have shown that when Jay Rockefeller tried to get on the boat, he was stopped by Neil Keenan himself. Rockefeller asked Keenan, “Do you know who I am?” Neil replied, “Yes, you’re exactly the person we don’t want on this boat.” Needless to say, Rockefeller was not let on the boat and the meeting commenced with no NWO infiltration.
In fact, this meeting was so important that Blackhawk helicopters soon came up on the yacht (where the meeting was being held) and attempted to use electromagnetic pulse technology to spoil the party. Shortly after that, French fighter jets flew over the Blackhawks and gave them a warning to leave. These French fighter jets were helping to protect the alliance and this game-changing meeting.
Seeing as the East has most of the world’s gold and the documentation to legally bring down the corrupt institutions that have been illegally using the global collateral accounts, this alliance decided to begin creating the new gold and asset-backed financial system. With this meeting heralded as the “shot heard ’round the world” for those “in the know”, several other nations joined and have signed the Acknowledgment of Memorandum of the Agreement documentation, which brought this alliance to 182 countries.
Neil Keenan and team then decided to allow the BRICS nations continue on with the plan to create an entirely new and separate financial system from the Western cabal-controlled financial system. Neil knew that this idea of a new financial system would spread and be implemented even quicker with the help of Russia and China. This then gave Neil Keenan and his team much more time to work towards opening the global collateral accounts for humanitarian purposes; which the cover-up of these accounts is the banking cabal’s deepest, most prized financial secret.
Shortly after that, Vladimir Putin and many others began making moves to publicly bring about the BRICS alliance…
The BRICS
The BRICS stands for the nations founding this alliance: Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa. Since 2011, we have seen several moves by the BRICS that have been obvious as well as not so obvious. Since this section could well include hundreds of events that have taken place in the past several months, I’ll highlight four of the biggest ones to date.
1. In late June 2015, China hosted 56 nations as a total of 57 founded the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Absent from the list was the U.S. and Japan, two of the last countries that are cabal-controlled.
2. Then on July 7th, 2015, the BRICS Bank officially opened.
3. On October 9th, 2015 China launched the China International Payment System (CIPS). This is a huge blow for the Cabal-created SWIFT payment system and is the next big step in yuan internationalization and the end of the U.S. Dollar dominance.
4. On November 30th, 2015, the Chinese Renminbi was officially included in the International Monetary Fund’s basket of world reserve currencies. The cabal really had no choice. If they didn’t include it, the alliance could simply use their own banks (BRICS Bank, AIIB, etc.) to bring about their shift into the asset-backed financial system. With the inclusion into the IMF, the alliance has essentially maneuvered their way into the cabal’s system and now will exert even more pressure on the cabal to either quietly forfeit control of the global financial system or face legal actions for maintaining a fraudulent financial system. All in all, the positive alliance is continuing to gain momentum in ending the fraudulent banking cabal’s control of our world.

1. In August of 2013, a detailed report came out that listed insider information that certain members within the hacker group Anonymous, are working with top level U.S. Military Command/Pentagon Command to systematically take down the banking/political cabal.
2. On July 7th, 2015, Anonymous mysteriously tweeted “Wonder if tomorrow is going to be bad for Wall Street…we can only hope.” The next day, the NYSE and the Wall Street Journal were taken down for several hours. According to this journalist, the BRICS/Pentagon/Anonymous alliance took it down “as a dry run” with more to come.
3. Then in early November 2015, Anonymous followed through with its threat to release the names of up to 1,000 members of the KKK… multiple of which were U.S. Senators and mayors of major U.S. cities.
Will Anonymous soon begin telling the world about the fraudulent abuse of the global collateral accounts and that these accounts are soon to be opened for the benefit of humanity? We shall see.

Alongside Neil Keenan, Vladimir Putin is also acting as an instrumental leader in bringing down this cabal. 1. On November 9th, 2015, Russia announced that it had destroyed 448 terrorist bases in just 3 days and that only 34 ISIL/IS bases remain.
2. Then on November 16th, 2015, Putin announced to the world that Russian intelligence has gathered information that 40 countries are financially supporting ISIL/IS…with some of them being G-20 members. Keep in mind too, that he announced this at the G-20 Summit itself. Can you imagine the panic that went through the financier countries that were present at the Summit? Putin continues to send a loud and clear message: He is going to help expose and end this entire cabal-created charade.
3. On November 18th, 2015, Russia announced that it has destroyed 500 oil tankers that were illegally transporting oil from Syria to Iraq. These were ISIL/IS tankers that were generating revenue for ISIL. Their main source of funding is being cut off.
As Mohammad Ali al-Hakim, Managing Director of Iraq’s al-Nakhil news agency, has said, “The end of the ISIL which has been borne by westerners is close.”

Putting It All Together
If anyone takes a deeper look into the geopolitical, financial and energetic happening on our world, its clear that there is indeed a growing alliance that is taking down the fraudulent banking cabal. Neil Keenan is about to open the global collateral accounts, which is indeed what all of the financial and political happenings on this planet have been taking place over– that is, the control (and attempt to maintain secrecy) over the global collateral accounts. Neil’s last two updates have been very positive with much to report. Update 1 and update 2. He is about to do what JFK and Soekarno were close to completing: use of the global collateral accounts to completely transform the world for the better.

Pentagon Stunned As Thousands Of Chinese Troops Enter ISIS War

The Kremlin have announced that China are to send 5,000 of its most elite military forces into the Levant War Zone to help Russia in the fight against ISIS, which has left the Obama administration and the Pentagon “horrified”.
The “Siberian Tiger” Special Forces and “Night Tiger” Special Forces Units were given authorization to be deployed by China’s People’s Congress (NPC) on Sunday, after China passed its first anti-terrorism law allowing their army to take part in anti-terror missions abroad.
Most critical to China in entering this war, this report continues, is the “grave” national security threat it faces from both the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh) and Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT)—and as, perhaps, best described by the noted award winning American military-intelligence journalist Seymour M. Hersh who in his latest article warned of this threat by stating:
“China, an ally of [Syrian leader] Assad has committed more than $30 billion to postwar reconstruction in Syria. China, too, is worried about the Islamic State. China regards the Syrian crisis from three perspectives: international law and legitimacy; global strategic positioning; and the activities of jihadist Uighurs, from Xinjiang province in China’s far west.

I am doing this with a skeleton staff and a huge amount of work on my table. I wish I could “do it all” and help people with their individual cases, too, but I can’t. There are literally millions of Americans sitting in private for-profit jails who should not be there and trillions of dollars of American assets at risk. I have to keep my eye on the ball and we all have to keep moving forward as best we can. For me, that means pursuing the UN, the rats in DC, the World Bank. For the rest of you, that means educating yourselves, your families, your friends, your neighbors, and yes, the sheriffs and “county” officials and “state” officials and everyone else.
These groups of undeclared commercial mercenaries have “invaded” our country for the purpose of dispossessing us. The only thing that will stop them is a widespread public knowledge of who they are and what they are and an equally public and determined exposure of the facts.
How many “County” Sheriffs really want to prosecute innocent people under color of law?
That’s what’s coming, folks.
Any time that you incorporate anything, it falls under the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the Satanic Law of the Sea or the almost-as-bad Law Merchant.
So what do you do to get back to land?
First, foremost, Job One—- you declare yourself one of the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” described by the Definitive Treaty of Peace called the Treaty of Paris, 1783, Article III and NOT an “inhabitant”— NOT a British Crown subject nor subject of any kind.
Second, make it clear that you are “citizen” of your organic state on the land— Oregon, Wisconsin, Idaho, and so on. They will try to claim that you are “stateless” but you are not. Your “States” are the “States of America” and they are each unincorporated trading companies in their own right, owed the good faith and protection of the British government and the British Monarch.
Third— you all have decisions to make. Your elected the “county officials” in good faith to operate the land jurisdiction of your county, but because of either ignorance or fraud, they are operating as local franchises of a bank owned and operated government services corporation instead.
You can’t liquidate such a “county franchise” because it belongs to the bank, but you can liquidate the bank for fraud and criminal activity. Alternatively, you can leave such a “county” in operation so long as it serves and addresses ONLY federal employees and others who are subject to the federal corporation and hold Public Elections to fill all the vacant Public Offices of your own County on the land. Just make the appropriate Public Notices and organize the unincorporated Counties, elect your Public Officials, and go for it. Elect your Common Law Court Judges, Clerks, Bailiffs, Sheriffs— don’t forget the Coroner. And then once your counties are organized, organize your unincorporated States—- which are not “States of Anything”—- they are States, period: Alaska State, Iowa State, Oregon State.
Once properly elected, bonded, and sworn in, your land jurisdiction County Sheriff is the top Law Enforcement Officer in the country. He can deputize as many men from the community as he needs, saddle up, and ride. He is fully empowered to go to the federal officials and demand that they fork over all American state citizens that have been improperly prosecuted under statutory law to his custody. The feds have to turn over all but those accused of murder or assault with a deadly weapon.
The Sheriff can then determine if the victim of this fraud did anything against the Public Law and release them if they did not.
The federales operating their “states” and “counties” as corporate franchises have been making money hand over fist by pretending that we are all “inhabitants” of their jurisdiction and subjects of the British Crown. They then enforce their in-house corporate administrative “codes and regulations” as if these were Public Laws. By creating 80,000,000 “statutory laws” they create infinite opportunity to accuse people of “crimes” and throw them in jail— a “service” that they charge the victims for to the tune of $25,000.00 per misdemeanor and over a million for each felony.
This is Big Business, big syndicated crime. But there are only so many of them, and a lot more of us, and guess what? They have been running rampant all over the rest of the world, too, so that virtually everyone on the planet hates their guts.
If you are Vladimir Putin or the Chinese General Secretary, what makes more sense? Fighting 390 million Americans, or attacking the real cause of the problem?
It’s time for us to clean up our own mess. That observation goes out to the “inhabitants” as well as the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States”. If we don’t, the rest of the world is going to have to come in here and clean it up for us. It’s that simple and it’s that bad.
So, get moving. Know who you are and assert it. Educate, educate, educate—- and take action.
I am obviously fighting the Good Fight on a large scale, doing all that I can to defend our country from continued usurpation and criminality. This is situation is being exposed and put under the royal noses and everywhere else it needs to be, but this also means that I don’t have time to get involved in individual cases.
Remember what I said— there are literally MILLIONS of Americans rotting in private, for-profit jails who have committed no crime, who have been kidnapped into the foreign federal jurisdiction, accused under inapplicable statutory law, convicted, and there they sit being used as slave labor while the perpetrators of these crimes charge our treasury for the “public service”.
What would happen if I and the others like me stopped to help Joe and Nell and Jake? Then the real job— ending this whole system of predation and injustice— would get lost in the infinite need of millions of individuals and nothing would get done on the larger scale.
Please understand. If I could, I would walk into every courtroom and stop every travesty. I would seize every bond of every state and bank involved in this, too. But I cannot do it all and I can’t do it alone, and if everyone keeps calling me and emailing me with their individual problems, I can’t get my work done.
Now, I’ve given you all more than enough to do. Declare and record (do NOT “register”) your declaration of Political Status. Realize that “Sovereign Citizen” is an oxymoron— you can’t be both at the same time. You are either a sovereign (as with respect to the United States) or you are a citizen (as with respect to your organic Colorado state). It’s one or the other.
Realize that these “inhabitants” who are subjects of the British Crown are here to provide you and your States of America (unincorporated trading companies) with “essential governmental services”—- Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2—and to defend your national trust — “Preamble” — and have no other legitimate business on our shores. They shouldn’t even be talking to you unless they are spoken to.
And they should not be “misaddressing” any mail to YOUR NAME in any configuration, but especially not any NAME that uses only a middle initial.

I STILL DO NOT KNOW THE PRECISE TIMING OF THIS AS THE DEPLOYMENT OF THIS EFFORT (THE TIMING OF ROLLOUT) IS DEPENDENT ON SEVERAL KEY FACTORS, THOSE BEING THE BLESSING OF GRAND FATHER AND THE CROWNS, AND THE RELEASE OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR THIS PURPOSE. I ENCOURAGE ALL OF US TO SHINE OUR COLLECTIVE LIGHT ON THIS RELEASE. THIS IS A MAJOR FOCUS FOR ME.
THE APPROVAL OF A PROJECT FOR FUNDING DOES HAVE A BUILT IN MECHANISM WHEREBY THE PERSONAL FINANCIAL ASPECTS MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE THE PROJECT CAN BE STARTED. AGAIN JUST COMMON SENSE STUFF.
REMEMBER THAT RELIEF BY WAY OF THE PROSPERITY PROGRAMS AND DINAR AND HISTORIC BOND AND PROGRAM RETURNS ETC IS STILL THERE, AND WHAT I DO IS SEPARATE FROM THESE MECHANISMS. THE PROCESS I AM INVOLVED WITH IS JUST ANOTHER PATH THAT LEADS TO THE SAME PLACE.

I was reading your latest update and am now more aware of the urgent need to get infrastructure into place just to process the funding applications. I have already submitted a project funding request to the DHIntake email address, so I won't go over that again. I am in the Australia / New Zealand region and am aware of a lot of people and groups who would like to fund projects in this area and some in other areas in other parts of the world. I am offering to help in some way to get this region up and running, to see these projects get off the ground. Some are quite amazing and it humbles me to see people in this region put others in other parts of the world more in need, than them, first before their own needs. Just two I can think of off the top of my head are providing flush toilets in India so that untouchables and women don't have to manually carry excrement around, and another wants to provide prosthetic limbs for people in Vietnam who have had their limbs blown off from land mines during and after the Vietnam war. I have written to Dave Schmidt as well, as I agree with what you said. There needs to be more Dave Shmidt's in the world. Dave and I converse regularly by email, so he is well aware of my passion and intentions. As I have told him, I have admin and IT skills, I have worked with community groups for years and I am quite happy to undergo background checks and any other form of scrutiny. I know how to delegate and put things in place so that people who have the skills can get on with what they do best. I'll leave that with you and know that I am ready to do what needs to be done to get funds and resources to where it is needed most.

Wondered if you had any info or insight onto reports about much movement with supplies and so on for the bad guys to hunker down possibly for an "event" at the end of the month.
Are we going to be "asteroided" into oblivion or are they on the run because of the world financial changes and might they be "unmasked" for all of the public to see and are trying to get enough supplies to hide under their rocks with. It would seem this is the month for much to happen.

IN RESPECT OF THE CURRENT EVENTS NOW GOING ON IN THE WORLD, WE DO SEE THE TOP ROW SCURRYING. HOW THEY SCURRY TELLS MUCH AS TO THE GUILT FACTOR THEY ARE BURDENED WITH.
