It's after 6:30pm and there are no 800#s. Even after Art read the email, you could sense NO ONE really believed it. We, although many will not admit it, are becoming calloused and insensitive to new Intel. Many are doubting the GCR will ever happen. Maybe that's what the corrupt want? How can anyone receiving Intel trust their sources.

There are countless statements that say it has happened, it was last Monday, it's today, it's tomorrow, it's before the end of the month, it's the first half of some year and on and on and on.

We have trained ourselves over the years on what to do with a large amount of money. Has it been in vain? How many in need will give up on incentive and motivation to just "get ahead"? How many will reject the next ray of hope sent their way because they believe they have been lied to? How many good souls will just give up?

The "Elders" idea of helping humanity is starting and stopping the process thus sapping the life and soul of many generous wonderful people? How about them giving out REAL Intel that is honest and truthful? We may not like what we hear, but we can plan and deal with the TRUTH! Plans and goals built on lies will always fail.

Many of our gurus are honestly wanting to help, but continually are being lied to by those of NO conscience. Shame on them.

I really believe there are thousands that believe what I have just stated.

Having read Zap's update for today, he spoke of reading between his lines in order to fill in the clues. There are some things he has been asked not to talk about.

One of those things may be the new Rainbow USN currency being announced. There is no point in having an RV without releasing the new asset backed USN. And there is no point in releasing the new USN without announcing it first... otherwise no one will know what it is in trade.

So by reason, it goes that the announcement must be done first. As Ray said this evening, there has been no hubbub at the banks about that and Jack Lew still hasn't done the deed. So where does that leave us?

If they continue stonewalling, then I would expect to see the EBS (Emergency Broadcast System) make the announcement so that the RV can happen.

Just talked to Dale T Hedberg and he said the meetings in Iraq Saturday with UN Ban Ki Moon and LeGarde lifted the sanctions and that frees up the RV there.

IMF Staff Completes Mission for a Staff-Monitored Program Review and a Stand-By Arrangement Discussion with Iraq

End-of-Mission press releases include statements of IMF staff teams that convey preliminary findings after a visit to a country. The views expressed in this statement are those of the IMF staff and do not necessarily represent the views of the IMF’s Executive Board.

An International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission led by Christian Josz visited Amman from March 17-29, 2016 to review the Staff-Monitored Program (SMP) and begin discussions on a Stand-By Arrangement (SBA) with the Iraqi authorities.
At the end of the visit, Mr. Josz issued the following statement:
“Iraq continues to face a number of challenges. Key among those is the ongoing armed conflict with ISIS, which continues to strain the country’s resources and results in new waves of internally displaced people, now reaching over 4 million. The other key challenge is the steep fall in oil prices, causing a large external shock to the balance of payments and budget revenue, which depend predominantly on oil export receipts.
“Real GDP contracted by 2.1 percent in 2015 owing to the conflict, destruction of infrastructure and assets, disruptions in trade, and deterioration of investor confidence. The increase in oil production, which is located in areas under control of the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, helped to mitigate the economic deterioration in the non-oil sector. The current account deficit of the balance of payment widened to 5.1 percent of GDP in 2015. As a result, foreign exchange reserves dropped by $13 billion to $54 billion at end-2015.
“Preliminary estimates indicate that the authorities continue to make progress under the SMP. Three out of the five indicative targets at end-December 2015 were met, owing to the under execution of expenditure on wages and pensions, goods and services, and transfers. The target on social spending was missed by a small margin. The target on non-accumulation of external arrears was missed due to the government’s cash constraint. One out of three structural benchmarks was met and the other two were not yet met but good progress has been made and authorities expect to meet them shortly.
“The Iraqi authorities and IMF staff have made good progress towards reaching an understanding on a program of economic and financial policies that could be supported by financing. This program would include further fiscal consolidation to bring spending into line with the lower level of oil prices and maintain debt sustainability. It would also include measures to protect the poor and public financial management reforms to strengthen fiscal transparency, improve the quality of public spending, and enhance financial sector stability. The discussions will continue during the April 2016 IMF-World Bank Spring meetings in Washington, D.C.
“During the mission the team met with the Minister of Finance Hoshyar Zebari, Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), Ali Allaq, the Financial Adviser to the Prime Minister Mudher Saleh, and officials from the ministries of finance, oil, planning, electricity, the CBI, and representatives from state-owned banks and the Iraq Business Council. The team would like to thank the Iraqi authorities for their cooperation and the open and productive discussions.”

Sadr cannot hold the masses together much longer IMO without some kind of action being seen in the next couple of days...So something must break in the next 48 hours IMO. Ibelieve the Abadi government is trying to change the government as one issue and at the same time trying to fix the economy and open it up to the world as a separate issue. In other words I see the economy opening whether or not the political issue is resolved quickly. The IMF works with many article VIII countries that have political issues and yet their currency and economy roll on. Iraq has achieved transparency and banking wise is now qualified to enter Article VIII. I think we will see it very soon. So in my mind as interesting as the politics are, they won't stop the opening of the Iraqi economy. Iraq's banks are ready. Investors are lined up. All the signs are there that this is about to go down
