As expected, and posted by me earlier this morning... "Nothing much, at our level, happens on a Sunday".

However, while today did not provide evidence on a magnitude of what has occurred over the past several days, there was today one specific event occurrence, on the financial side, that provided an extremely solid data point indicating that the final process is continuing to unfold to our ultimate benefit. I call it a "proof of life" event.

Is the USN installment step at the ready? Yes. Are the funds and related release mechanisms in place in specificity? Yes. Has the trigger for exchange notifications been pulled as of right now? No.

As always, we don't know the date or time. But all indications are that we continue to be inching towards that date and time in very short order - as of this moment. There is no information indicative of an unplanned interruption in the process at this time. I remain highly encouraged and optimistic. :)

Good Monday,

What an impactful yet invisible weekend of rapid and continued progress.  

All T3 & T4 paymasters were hydrated​ with golden digital accounts, which means gold backed credits can ledger transfer whenever said paymasters receive the last of three release codes from a global consortium of decision-makers, we'll call them "The Committee" for a lack of a better term.

"The Committee" constantly reviews and considers all options and aspects to the RV, stewards all continents and populations, double checks all financial data inputs to determine the best possible release moment for all 8 billion inhabitants of earth.  Remember all finances are inter-connected now, so everything effects everyone else, simultaneously.  

Yes, there are very old Chinese Elders involved in "The Committee", as there are European Sovereign Families, as well as African Nation Sovereigns, as well as traditional global oversight names that are known to the public, and a handful of banking giants that are and will forever go unknown.  

There are also benevolent other worldly "guides" helping to steer us through this transitional process, ever towards a harmonious and successful conclusion / beginning for all human beings involved.  

We are most grateful for this assistance.  Thank you dear old and wise friends.

No one is in a rush too release too early, nor are they desiring to delay and release too late--as they to have a boss, who has given them a cosmic back wall none-of-us are privy too.  

Over the weekend, they made several incremental yet monumental strides, and are quickly finalizing the new financial system master ledger to replace the old master ledger by reconciling all central bank holdings and updating sovereign liquidity via several new and improved government treasuries & leaderships.  

Nothing is really all that dramatic anymore, as the final implementation and release moment is drawing closer by the second. All nations of the world want and need the RV to survive.  However, the great irony is that the closer we get to our GCR/RV, the more anxious many become because they can sense something wonderful is brewing at the micro or street level.  

In turn, "The Committee" then functions with greater secrecy and  cloaks their macro moves in greater obscurity--until their final release moment happens by pure default, less any major announcement or fanfare.  

The RV will just kinda happen, and in an instant, all 209 sovereign nations will be permanently transitioned.  And no matter how eager we might be as individual chess pieces, the chess board will change without our detection--as this is the calmest, safest and most efficient pathway to implementation of such radical transitional changes.   

Certainly all macro events would have to complete with such an invisible tint, after the all the larger something is, the slower it appears to move .  Yet all of these macro moves are happening in real time, 24 hours a day, in every time zone, all at once… and moving at a rate of speed that our common senses struggle to detect.  

We're looking for drama that just isn't there!  It appears we're in a magical drama-free zone so enjoy:)

Now whether you believe this explanation of current events or not, I know everyone can sense that something major is afoot across all continents and cultures.  

Thus, it's up to each of us to either prepare our hearts and minds and ascend or descend into a new reality--whatever that is--sure at our own pace, but no one has the choice of remaining stagnant--universal progress does't stop for anyone or anything.  

To help cope, below are 5 Drama-Free Truths that you can safely depend on moving forward as it relates to the RV… whenever "The Committee" finally does release this event down to our level:

1) The New Gold Backed Financial System is Operational


New CIPS software, corresponding duel-hemisphere satellites and physical gold bullion deposits are all currently in place, tested and humming in unison with each another at the moment.  This historic network of fiscal transparency and radical change is working successfully across all markets and in all sovereign nations -- permanently and with ease.


2)  Paymasters Have Received Their New Gold Backed Accounts 


All parent paymaster accounts are resting idly, yet liquid, within their respective treasury accounts and central bank coffers.  All money's are at the ready to move, just awaiting a final code entering that allows ledger to ledger inter-bank transfers between paymasters and currency redeemers. There is very little intel coming in now regarding this process because all the important details have already been worked through and are also sitting idle, ready for client-based execution (i.e. no drama exists, so stop creating drama).


3) Unlimited Funds Are Available for Immediate Transfer

Moussawi: Calls sectarian incitement graduated from Arbil

and this is the very thing barzani claimed when bagdad tried to get barzani to release hashemi bk to them for being found guilty of treason and running hit squads with his brother in law in Iraq...barzani allowed him to hide in kurd land and later on was accepted into turkey for asylum, where he still resides today.

[tlm724] shake the dust off their dinars and get them using the new system, making the dinar worth less will get them to dump them and the CBI gets them back off the street !

Shredd Good to see this. With the money supply reducing and the economic growth trending, along with laws continually being implemented and the demand for Iraq's oil as well as the continued support from her allies during the recent fluctuation in oil prices, there needs to be a growing urgency for the dinar to more closely represent it's true value.

This event has been a tremendous immersion process for me to grow, learn and recognize the opportunity to personally transcend the person I was on the day, long ago, when I purchased my first Iraqi Dinar. I want to thank all of you for being a part of this wonderful, and yet challenging experience in my life. Remain steadfast in your confidence keeping that critical balancing the mind with the heart. This event involves both. There is nothing to fear or be concerned with. We all will rise to the level of our ability - to the best of our ability and all will orchestrate for our greatest good on a very personal level. We are each unique and on our own journey. I welcome you to our study of the Iraqi dinar investment….and speaking of times framed….you do understand the 2 by 2 by 2….but if you are new I humbly apologize because you may not understand everything that we lecture on tonight…..

You know kind of like a college course…..you have to come to every lecture of a professor or you will miss something….and the only way you are going to understand is if you got to your books and read or you go to your fellow students and pick up their notes.

So what we have been talking about is a time frame….and it is represented by 2 by 2 by 2…..the first two weeks have ended….that was the month of July, the last two weeks of July….and we now have 2 by 2…..in other words four more weeks….that represents the month of August….and we told you there are situations….issues….enactments…..actions….that are occurring in these 2 by 2 by 2’s.

Frank26: What do you believe happened in the first 2 by that just finished…..well in my opinion…..Mosul…..Mosul….we’ve been saying….give me Mosul…..give me Mosul….you are about to get Mosul….IMO…..now this is the first week of August and let’s see what happens as this week evolves….going into the second week…..

And if we have Mosul….then these time frames are going to start telling you a little bit more about the interior of the CBI and the GOI…..the interior….what do you mean….well like for example…..laws….seminars….meetings….new ministers movement….replacement of individuals….technocrats….for the cabinet of Abadi….in other words kind of the things you have been reading about….but it doesn’t make too much sense at times when we look at it….but we told you there was a need…..to take the thought and create it into action…..because they agreed on a lot of things in the first 2 by.

So the month of July IMO…..was a coming together of many different parts….you have the IMF with Iraq…..you have the United States with Iraq….you have the US with many different countries in what they are trying to do with trade…..you have the banking systems around the world who are literally salivating and having their tongues hang out to their knees every time they look in the direction of Iraq…..

Why….you have a lot of countries and companies that are pouring in now and they weren’t in years before…..why…..we would like to fix your bridge….we would like to fix your dam…..ok….we would like to fix your roads…..we would like to fix your water resources…..you need electricity says Iran…..I mean every country that you can think of wants to come in and be a part of Iraq’s future…..but good God at a program rate of 1166….either these countries are retarded in their thinking…..or are retarded in their intel….which is it…..now retarded means lacking….their sent back…..no….we are because we don’t have the full story.

You know when we were flying home I look out the window at some 40,000 feet….and think….whoa….that is so cool….I have no idea what that is but it is cool….maybe it’s water or maybe it’s land….but as we start to get closer to landing I could see streets and I could see buildings…..I could see houses and swimming pools and the reflection of the sun off of them….I could actually see utility poles…..I could see cars and trucks moving….and then when we got even closer say 500 feet I could see people…..doggone it why couldn’t I see them before.

In the same manner as we get closer and closer to the Monetary Reform of the Iraqi dinar…..not so much the Economic Reforms….they did help us in getting closer….but it is the Monetary Reform that IMO is allowing many things to become very clear….and the confusion that we saw is clearing up as we get closer and closer to the landing of this investment that we study together right now.

We also said to you there is a transformation that is occurring within the GOICBI….remember when we would separate them the GOI and CBI and then came the time when we said it is time to now merge them together….and that was around September or October of last year….almost a year ago….well sure because right around December these two entities got the instructions from the IMF on what to do with their GOICBI….and you have seen so much of the evidence…..so from a thought into the action we created the 2 by 2 by 2….Mosul….they are about to give this to you and we’ve told you when they give us Mosul the economic reforms and financial reform will travel at the speed of light.

Why did they give you Mosul….it seems to us that they have had it for a while…..may I ask you the same question about the MasterCards….was it not on August 2nd that they were going to introduce them to the citizens and the athletes….what happened….the same thing that happened to Mosul….

Many things are used to mold your thinking…..you do not know what is going on…..unless they give it to you….unless they tell you…..they don’t have to you…..so why do they tantalize you with Mosul….why do they hang the carrot of Mosul in front of you constantly…..to keep you busy….while they do what they are doing internally with their reforms…..

Well why don’t they just tell us about it…..it’s none of your business…..what do you mean it is none of our business we invested in this country…..well show me your receipt….you want my receipt for the dinars I bought….yes show them…..well no where on this receipt does it say they owe you any kind of explanation with their currency.

So with that said we see that the G-20 got together last week and they told them…..as soon as you are ready…..use any available means to insure the stability and economic growth within your country…..will you do that….yeah and you know why…..because it is more than twenty countries that are pouring into this country……so get it done…..as quickly as possible…and sure enough we are seeing things….I mean literally…..we used to see daily….we are seeing them hourly now.

Abadi is talking with every Arab nation….they never used to talk before…..there are advancements in many things and it is all satisfactory….Abadi is doing a wonderful job….and he is working with many other agencies that are international to rebuild his country…..did we not say give me Fallujah….give me Mosul….then the economic reforms would go at the speed of light…..

They gave you Fallujah….then economic reforms everywhere at the speed of light…..economic reforms are all over the place…..the IMF told Iraq last week…..look your economic reforms are to promote the economic growth and the sharing of benefits on a large scale…..oh the international companies that are coming in are going to share with us on a large scale…..oh sure…..I get it IMF we are doing this….and boy are they doing this…..boy are they doing this.

You may not see it…..you may feel like you have Ray Charles glasses on….but you don’t…..it’s just not fully explained to you.

Let’s talk real quickly about the MasterCard that was supposed to come out on the 2nd…..where is it….do you see it…..do the citizens have it…..do the athletes have it…..is it out there…..so where is the MasterCard…..the same thing with Mosul…..have they given you Mosul yet…..no they have given us Fallujah….and then we saw the economic reforms….let them give you Mosul….and then IMO….you will see the financial reforms.

But Family as far as the MasterCards, as far as Mosul…..as far as anything else…..they need to raise the value of their currency first…..now they need to LIFT the 000’s from the exchange RATE….they have done a wonderful job of lifting the 000’s from their currency….and we thought that on August….what did we say…..go back and look at your notes….what does it say…..

Family if they pass out these cards on August 2nd…..WOW….and then what did I say….what did your notes say…..it’s the Middle East for God’s sake….pay attention and see if they do it…..if they do….WOW….if they don’t…..we continue to study…..because this is another thing that gets in a long line….waiting for the 000’s to be removed…..

000’s removed is nothing more than Article 8…..and there is a list of things they had to do in order to do that….and the biggest one IMO was to remove corruption….from where…..from the combination that we started with…..GOICBI…..

There are many of us on the internet that are trying to explain to you these step by steps….and even after a three hour lecture….are there any questions…..well yeah….when is the rate going to go up…..are you kidding me….what is between those ears…..did we not just give you a plethora of things to think about and take to God in prayer….enough to make you smile for another week…..yeah but I don’t know when they are going to raise the value of their currency….and neither do I…..

So watch them finish Mosul, Raqqa, Apollo….watch them finish all of these areas and present them to you and then watch the Monetary Reform be given to you at the speed of light.

So no…there were no ATM’s filled….but instead what they did tell you was that they ended up killing not al-Baghdadi himself, but they ended up killing his brother-in-law….and let me tell you something….you didn’t talk very much about this….I watched it…..that is huge…..you know why…..you are going to say for security….yeah….obviously if you can get rid of leaders….like when you play chess you go after the King…the Queen…the powerful pieces right….you got the powerful pieces when you killed al-Baghdadi’s brother-in-law because he was a pain the butt and he has done a lot of bad things….and that is why al-Baghdadi hides….

Oh…this is interesting…..no….this is our study….in fact it goes back to 2014, December I think it was or November…..in fact our brother DELTA brought you the article and said….here it is….see what they want to do….yeah…..well two years later….here we are……they’ve done it….then about a week after that you have Alak from the CBI…..he comes out and says…..hey you know what…by the end of 2016 and going into 2017 we the CBI are going to use new systems….and we are going to start dealing with digital currency on an electronic basis.

So in those 2 by 2 by 2…..the first 2 by….Mosul….the second 2 by….GOI and CBI….and I want you to know something…..you all interpreted that article wrong….and it wasn’t your fault…..it was translated wrong…..I told you about it but I didn’t have the time to give you the translation….you see the part at the end where they said 2016….they were trying to tell you they would be using the new banking system that is electronic….digital….and they were trying to tell you that it will go all the way through and into 2017….Family the only way they can make that come true is if they lift the value of their currency first……so they are giving you a time frame aren’t they……I didn’t do this….they did….and because you are students….you understand very well what I am telling you…..they are not giving you a rate….they are giving you a time frame…..now tonight we are going to destroy that time frame.

Iraq goes by a calendar year from January 1st to December 31st….but they are now going to join the international world….and they are going to be dealing with a fiscal year….so the fiscal year comes to an end on September 31st and the new fiscal year starts on October 1st…..which in technicality is the start of 2017 budget…..

They already got the 2017 budget don’t they….well I’ll be darned….you guys are ready to go aren’t you….to be internationally acceptable….wouldn’t you agree…..do you think they will start their year on January 1st like they always have….or do you think they will start it on October 1st this year….like they never have…..with their new systems which are tied into the new fiscal year to start October 1st as a start….

Well if they do….if they intend to….I believe the raising of the value of their currency would allow them to accomplish that new 2017 budget because it is beyond trillions….and it makes no sense at 1166….or they will have to flush the 2017 budget.

Everything seems to be coming to a certain time frame….the first 2 by is done, the next 2 by we are dealing with, the next 2 by will show you some amazing things won’t it….I asked you for 2 more after that didn’t I…..hmmm….does it make sense now…..let it be said that companies around the world end their year in the same fiscal manner….September 31st.

So with that said I would like to tell you one other thing…..IMO there are many contracts around the world with many nations with Iraq that right now are in sessions…..are talking with each other….I don’t want to say renegotiating because they aren’t….are confirming….agreeing….approving their contracts….IMO.

I started this conversation by saying that a month and a half ago we told you that a new governor of the CBI was going to be announced….Family in the next 2 by….the next frame….see the one that we are in are the first two weeks of this month….let’s see if they give you Mosul….and then in the last 2 by of this month…..I believe IMO….that this good soldier Dr. Shabibi has been working like a Siamese twin with Abadi at the GOI….hence GOICBI….these two guys have been working together and they have made some powerful decisions….

You see Abadi became leader of the GOI….and the technocrats….let’s just say they were suggested to him….because that removes a lot of the sectarian argument….oh no I deserve to be in there, oh no you have too many of that tribe….well take my cousin….no he is weak….so Abadi all of a sudden becomes wise and strong and he joins with the IMF and the US…..let’s do it….on 3….1…2…3…let’s go…and man have they gone….and since that time you see Maliki just fading away….melting away…..

I told you last time we were together that he is like an iceberg that has been shrunk down in the Sahara Desert to the size of a little cocktail ice cube….and I’ll tell you something else….that little cocktail ice cube is about to evaporate….nobody cares about him…..I keep telling you that no one pays attention to him….everyone runs away from him….why….because bombs might fall next to him….excuse me did I say that.

But what I want to tell you….I told you about a month and half ago about an announcement about a new governor for the CBI….and there have been one or two that have mocked me about this….and they have told me….well what happened Frank what happened to the new governor….well I’ll tell you what….in this third 2 by time frame I believe we are going to see this….and I told you I am looking for an outside source.

In the same manner that Dr. Abadi brought in technocrats from the outside, educated, powerful, dedicated, loyal…..not thieves….smart people that will represent him in his Cabinet and lead his country into the future….strongly…..it is the same way that Dr. Shabibi has brought in his own technocrats….maybe given to him….or suggest to him….

IMO what Abadi did at the GOI….is the same thing that Dr. Shabibi will do with the governor of the CBI…..nothing against Allak….in all honesty Allak might have had his problems when he did some illegal things with Germany’s bank accounts….but since then and that has been over a year….Allak has been a very good soldier too….it is possible they might keep him in some administrative position at the CBI…..but the way that Abadi did things at the GOI….is the way that Dr. Shabibi is now securing the CBI….and I believe his technocrats will be from an outside source….

I believe IMO that the new governor will not have a need to be vetted….we will not see a vetting process for the new governor….he is well equipped….he is younger…stronger….favorable….I believe IMO that the new governor of the CBI will have a dual citizenship with Iraq and the US…..I told you I was looking for an outside source….and I’m sorry that it took this long….let us hope that in the next two weeks they will tell you more.

DELTA wants you to know there is a lot about the dinar in Iraq everywhere….and they are talking a lot about their reforms….they see the economic reforms that were funded by the IMF loans that were allocated specifically for that….to see something like this actually come true puts a lot of hope in the citizens….in their belief that the Monetary Reform is around the corner.

They are having a lot of big seminars….to educate everybody….not just within the GOICBI….but the citizens and the international world too.

I want you to know there is a huge word that is being used….not so lackadaisically but with command….and we see this pattern because we love to find patterns….in every department and it doesn’t matter if it is a minister, Sadr, Sistani, the GOI, the IMF, Abadi, Dr. Shabibi, not that you have seen anything from him that says this….but there is an urgency to delete the 000’s from the exchange rate…..because they want to go digital….you can’t go digital with a program rate…..I’m sorry.

Allak said you can trade your currency at a program rate but who the heck wants it….Allak said in 2017 the digital will be launched….but he didn’t tell you…IMO….in order for that to carry through…..and 2017 starts when….now do you see why I told you October for me….it’s an opinion….but the lifting of the 000’s must come first….then the cards, then the bonds, then everything else can follow through…..taxes….you name it….the LD’s….everything can come through….everything that is waiting in that long line….and to think about it….why do you get in a line….why do you get in that long line at an amusement park….why do you get in the long line to see Star Trek….why do you camp out on the ground the day before at Best Buy before Black Friday….because you are willing to wait to get in.

The state owned banks were given until September to be ready….ready for what….for the electronic digital system….that is about to be born in Iraq.

URGENCY….it is not a keyword….but it is a word….ELECTRONIC…..there is an urgency for this country to become electronic…..it is loud…..but what is also loud…and not in my opinion because it is there in their articles….electronic is an urgency….but before we can use this system though….we need to raise the value of our currency…..and this topic is all over Iraq…..then you can see the LD’s come out…..and all of the final stages will come out….and we will be electronic….and we will be a cashless society….and 500 will be the highest IQD we will have….and those LD’s will be for the citizens in their market….but our banks will not use currency….

So this is so powerful….this is so big….this is so important….do you understand what I am telling you….this electronic system….this cashless society mean that when they come out with the rate….they can come out with any rate now….do you understand that….it is electronic…and this is probably the heart of our conference call…..so please take this to God because this country is about to become a cashless society with an electronic digital system that will allow them to do their accounting at any number they wish…..because they can back up their money with so much stuff that you have no idea about.

He said…you see this list…this little book, I have names in here….I can show Abadi the names of the ministers who have been calling me wanting to make little side deals….you want these names Abadi….you want these names Defense Minister…you want these names…you want confirmation of my proof….he has proof and it is on audio….Jubouri is cool…..he has audio proof on all of these who were trying to bribe him….Jubouri says why are you trying to put shame on me….I’m not going anywhere….what’s my name….Jubouri….no what’s my name….nothing against the Defense Minister…but you know what Family….this is just a delay.

liquidity payouts here in the United States and Canada! It's really here!

Real USN wires are arriving to real USN accounts, for spendable usage

in real USN currency anywhere in the free world via the new CIPS delivery

mechanism.

Just incredible! No drama, no fanfare, no BS. Just reality!

T3 paymasters have been given access codes direct to master hydration
accounts at HSBC/WF which have been temporarily assigned / provided by the
Elders for layout purposes.

Since early Wednesday morning, T3 paymasters have been actively executing
master list submitted wire transfers by fulfilling their existing SKR
lists--and actually liquidating gold backed funds into pre-existing USA
domiciled gold backed bank accounts, with a client's ability to spend gold
backed currency--cash and credit!

This is a remarkable sign of meaningful progress for those of us long
invested in currencies because over 60,000+ T3 SKRs are now in real time
process of being liquidated, with an expected completion date of Friday...
sometime before US banks close on West Coast or 6pm PDT.

Currently we understand paymasters are 25% through their SKR lists as
of midnight Thursday.

Once the T3 paymaster process achieves a to 95% completion percentage, T4
paymaster liquidation automatically begins which includes all revalued first
basket currency redemptions (IQD, VND, ZIM, AFA, IDR).

Meaning, after US banks close their doors on the West Coast, toll free
numbers will automatically be released across North America and appear for
appointment setting purposes and immediate currency retrieval and conversion.
