Seems to me the RV is a weapon. And the New Powers That Be (NPTB) are using the RV to inflict weaponized mercy upon all sovereign nation states to exterminate the cabal once and for all.
Let me explain.
Take the recent India / Pakistan false flag event for instance. When the cabal attacked India via a faux Pakistani military unit earlier this week, it was like they were openly attacking Russia through its mandatory BRICS alliance. The cabal, therefore, is now trying to drag Russia into a war on every possible front before the RV--to stop the RV--so they can remain in power. Not gonna happen, but lets explore the possibilities.
Their multi-pronged false flag lead up to war approach includes ginned up conflicts in Syria, Palestine, Israel, Turkey, Iraq, Ukraine, even the Black Lives Matters campaign and related racial shootings in large urban cities... even the NFL's Colin Kapernick national anthem resistance campaign 100% a cabal set up (athletes have long been used as crisis actors--see Muhammad Ali pivoting Muslim).
All of these false flags are highly inflammatory planned distractions that make every attempt to incite riots in very sensitive cultural and religious hot beds, in order to change geopolitical strategy or public opinion in their demented favor. It's all coordinated propaganda and thus not real. All of it. That's right, 99% of all the major news networks and beloved anchormen you watch are fake, intelligence agency operatives, trained to mislead you and eliminate critical thinking, with the remaining 1% helpless waiting like sheep for slaughter as only 6 corporations control all the world's media and pounce on new content providers without buyout offers before they know what hit them.
Yo, that goes for 90% of alternative news, political commentary websites and social activist blogs. All coordinated by a central messaging center, with oversight out of Eastern Europe. I know, it totally sucks right, finding this out for the first time, but keep exploring, it gets so much better. Trust me.
Now if the cabal believes they can still create order through chaos--which as a strategy has worked very successfully for many centuries--they must be still doing. Yet this tactic is clearly backfiring, and the cabal octopus of control simply cannot adapt fast enough to change the course of history--which in turn only accelerates their public exposure and immanent demise. Seriously, what good is a grand invisible conspiracy if nobody gives a shit?
Besides, Russia and India are way too committed to their common end goal of peace and prosperity to allow any meaningful escalation to occur in the Kashmir region. Isn't it all just so obvious now given the timing of the RV, Paris Agreement, G20 and UN meeting? Seems their own playbook is now openly working against them and they just can't audible to the right play call. Honestly, the big charade is not only out in the open, it's become embarrassing to watch (see Hillary Clinton's body double).
So as the pre-RV situation resolves for both Russia and India, they will simply allow diplomatic restraint to control the hysterical child (Pakistan) until it calms down before bedtime (RV) or permanently isolate their nation, putting them in a proverbial endless timeout, until either they apologize for all their past and present bad behavior or ask to play nicely again in the sandbox with the other 209 treaties nations (a la Turkey). And you know what, the BRICS nations are already doing this with every country… including the great United States of America. Their letting the once proud self-perceived king of the jungle wither and die at their own pace, by their own terms, and by their own choice.
Why? Because the BRICS nations know that these bad actors will be back, maybe never as strong or as powerful, or as well funded, or as motivated, but when evil does lurk its ugly head again in the future, they've set precedent as to how they will handle their misbehavior. Like a temper-tantrum throwing child who stops crying when they realign no one is listening anymore.
And this UN/BRICS diplomatic threat is permanent and absolute in its commitment to a strategy of isolation, which is why RV has been held back so long as to be used as a benevolent weapon for positive and sustainable change. Non-compiling sovereign nation states have no chance to escape their grasp, as none can exist post RV without acceptable ratification and implementation of the Paris Agreement--which by its default implements the gold standard--and literally over night creates a series of cataclysmic military and economic sanctions that would turn any population against their governmental leadership, as well as activate a unified world peace keeping force who can and will demand regime change.
So the benefit of continuous rebellion is net nothing. While the benefits of compliance and unity with the rest of the world is everything. Assuming this is truly our new earth reality, there truly is no safe haven for the cabal to regroup as every nation in the free world needs this new money to operate its daily affairs, and grow: which therefore makes the new financial system an instrument of weaponized mercy to be followed or else.

Free citizens of the world, be reassured that checkmate in this global chess game has long been called. And control for the soul of the world has long been decided. Love has won victoriously over fear, truth has overcome illusion permanently and unity has gracefully allowed destruction to leave with amnesty. All due to the sacred mandate of Heaven in Chirst's name. Yes, we are intact entering an era of 1,000 years of white light, agape love, infinite abundance and relentless blessings as one happy family.
Brothers and sisters, that's just the way it went down in our lifetime.
And it's also why you will not see any meaningful military issues arise between either India and Pakistan; Israel and Palestine; Syria, Iraq and Turkey; Iraq and the US, or the US and Russian/Iran; as no small matter will be allowed to escalate into anything major moving forward. It just won't happen.
This is also why every nation-state and its leaders are secretly waiting like well behaved boys and girls at the golden Chinese money trough so as not miss it's flowing gold backed accounts. And why no nation dares risk their nation's sovereignty over a few small territorial or hard asset matters, as everyone is terrified of facing international political irrelevance and global fiscal isolation. This is the way it always "should have been," and well, now it is.
So expect your RV release here well before the end of September if not this weekend, and sit back to enjoy all remaining non-complying bad actors humbly and rapidly fall into line, as if by magic or inspired vision, for all will suddenly be humming the international harmony song or else be permanently removed from relevance in modern culture.
No nation can resist (Israel), no grouping of private families can overcome human ascension (dark nobility) and no higher alien species can reverse the truth of Christ with intellectual superiority (Annunaki).
Surrender is the only way because surrender is the eternal spiritual bottom line.

· For the Humanitarian projects in creating jobs, they are looking at 120,000 jobs in 5 years or 24,000 jobs every year. If you say you will do it, and not do it, they may renegotiate your payout structure and lower your rate. Be honest with them.

It is not what you say but how you say your words. They want to see your heart’s desire to help others. Tell them from your heart how far you wish to go with your projects domestically and or internationally.
· Example what you can say: “This is what I am doing and I am looking for a partner that understands the depths of the problems our society is facing”. Again be simple, clear and confident. Be true to what you believe in and what you stand for. Do not flinch.
· After you have presented your humanitarian projects and plans. You can state to them that you want so much money (give them the amount) each year to flow out to the world and to your children for generations for longevity. Do not go in and start speaking dates and rates right away. It will show you are anxious. Josef quoted “Those who talk $ first loses”.
· Picture ten years out after you have exchanged, how much you will need each quarter. Is it $50 million, $50 Billion, $50 Trillion? Whatever the amount you will need to go forward with longevity in view. They will do the math for you and present a rate to you. Josef gave an example: ZIM 100 Trillion note at $100 will be $100 Quadrillion. Interest say 10% for 100 years (they think it be 8.5% for 100 years). You will always have a streaming income for generations to come. Other interest rates 2% to 6%.
· If you would be happy to go in and receive a certain amount say $10 million, $50 million, or another number, then tell them that is the amount you wish to walk out with and they will figure the rate. Some will be happy with that and that is their heart’s desire.
· At the redemption center they will set up bank accounts, wire money- 5 to 10 wires, provide cashier checks –2 to 5 checks. You want to have the amount and names you wish on the cashier checks before you go in on paper. You can ask for a check written out to cash, but if you lose it, the funds are lost. · Post redemption of your currency some ideas you can offer to a certain group to help you disperse funds: You can go to a group, give them funds for their group, and tell them for every dollar they give out to help people, they can keep 3% for themselves. Also in exchange for people helping you, you offer to support them by paying for their housing, living expenses, putting their kids through college, medical bills, vehicles, etc. You can provide part time jobs for high school students and senior citizens.

My, oh my, what a glorious day the Lord hath made! Can I get a witness? But before we get into today's update, I just wanted to acknowledge all who are suffering today. There are many. And they suffer in many different ways, and they all hurt, seen and unseen, known and unknown, at all levels of pain and agony.
Please know update is being written for you, as your economic suffering will end today, and this community's is focused in collective prayer to unbind your financial shackles until they are broken, as well as any other debilitating aspect of your life--may it be reduced to dust--emotionally, spiritually, physically, in marriage, in family, with your children, for your home… because your debt has been paid and thus burdens are relived. Ok, where we be at?
Well, final new financial system "ping" signals were sent and received last evening Saturday from Asia, and returned and received world wide well into the early morning Sunday. This means all banks, monetary governance institutions, legal entities and sovereign governments are now current and on the same page, standing on equal audited footing and common gold value system, locked and loaded as one force of truth and goodness that will flow out humanity's mercy from the same exact starting line… not too shabby, right.
Did you know there's a new Federal Reserve Bank in Reno? Well, there's is. However, it's been reformed so not to worry about cabal or corruption. It's clean, and why you'll still be seeing it on your currency bills--at least for a few years anyway. They sent in the Republic's final ping at 2:40am EDT. Ironically, the entire United States Government, every department has been reformed in a similar, absolute but quite fashion. Crazy I know, but true.
We're told all such pings were completed around 3:30am EDT, and not only is the new financial system "humming hot" now that Tier 1 and Tier 2 transactions have been completed, including the hand helds, but tranches larger than 100T have been zipping through the system in less than minute on average. Yikers, that's a lot money, Batman! Maybe even enough that good ole ZAP will stop begging for milk money? Then again, probably not.
This means Tier 3 transactions (currencies) can begin in earnest and without reversal. Good thing, September ends… which reminds me of a song… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GKLntE2Y9dQ… super duper, right! So we're next in line? Yes, but we've heard that so many times it makes one wonder where the line starts and ends, and are we really in the right line to redeem.
In that spirit, let's roll out the "redemption red carpet" one more time because this is really, really, really it… and here's why… 9 represents completion in numerology, and 10 (or 1) represents a new start… this is why the international fiscal year ends in September and begins anew in October. So to must the GCR/RV schedule, as this is a global event that demands a universe completion and beginning time across 209 sovereign nations per the Paris Agreement.
Now there are technically 5 days left in September, however we're told the banks are asking for 6.2 days to redeem… hmmmm… the math doesn't work. however, the first two days of October fall on the weekend (October 1=Saturday, October 2, Sunday), so the actual start of the new fiscal year is October 3= Monday). And since Mercury went direct on September 22, and leaves its post shadow phase today September 25… we're now in an optimal release window.
Yet keep in mind that the international banking week starts at 6pm EDT on Sunday, because that's 10am on Monday in New Zealand, thus if they wanted a full week to redeem all the fiat currencies (Tier 3, and leave themselves 20 hours for reconciliation paperwork) that would mean tonight around 6pm would be an optimal time to start the public roll out of the RV via 800#s.
Whoa… slow down Tiger. Way too much information. Well, let's go back to basics then… where's my RV? And better yet, how much freaking moooo-laaaaaaah am I gonna rake in? And when do I get these damn 800# digits to make my appointment!!??
The correct answer is the RV is here, now, ready… like a party where all the staff and entertainment is waiting for the guests. Your moooo-laaaaaah is settled in a quantum computing satellite somewhere over the Western Hemisphere, connected to the CIPS system and can execute your ledger to ledger transaction in less than a minute. As for how much… well, we're hearing consist reports of two, three and four digit rates on the ZIM with a varying degree of structured payouts. From what we are told by Abbot Downing and Wells Fargo bankers rate really just depends on individual wealth management skill thresholds and belief levels of both in the volume of worldwide money supply and personal worthiness. Syria? Really? Still? Yes. Because Syria, along with Mosul and the Ukraine, is where they've cornered the hard core elements of the military cabal (i.e. the ultimate evil of planet earth). These are the scum bags who were privately embedded in existing radicalized Muslim fighting forces (caliphate) that only know death as a means of negotiation or conflict resolution. And their collective horror must be eliminated before the infinite blessing party is allowed to start (GCR/RV).
Russia and China have cleverly played good cop, bad cop over the last year since Russia entered the military theater in the Middle East. Together, they have have diplomatically, militarily and financially reduced all bad actor nations and individuals into one of three collection pockets of hell. And today they've gone in for the kill through legal measures via United Nations Security counsel, of which both are permanent members with veto power.
They tried negations over the last year, but they all failed to completely resolve the problems, including the latest cease fire treaty which was broken by bad actor factions within the Pentagon; thus legally with a majority of the UN Security Council, they can begin inflicting the necessary and consistent level of force to permanently eliminate humanity's greatest enemy. And the once invincible US Military has no choice to stand down because without the new financial system hydration, they have no more monetary resource to continue. This is also the case with NATO and EU forces, not to mention all the dark cabal families and their government puppets across Europe, as either all move forward in peace or none shall get access to this Chinese Sovereign gold backed financial system--as decreed and legalized by international treaty, per the 209 sovereign nations inked on the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change.

Now as for the status of the Paris Agreement, they have 60 countries currently ratified and in the barn (they only needed 55), but they need Russia to ratify to put the treaty into force. Russia has a 7.53% carbon emission rating, and the UN needs another 7.5% to cross the implementation finish line. Think Russia knows that? Think China knows that? The beauty of all of this master planning, in every corner of the globe, effecting every life form on the earth, is that these changes are 100% invisible to the naked eye. Seriously, who could ever imagine such massive changes happening in our lifetimes, let alone see it all play out, and know how each piece fits together in a perfect puzzle of benevolence… it's just overwhelming to think we are loved this much to be rescued form irreversible catastrophe… oh, wait… that's right, it happened once before so they changed every day on the calendar to an A.D. designation versus the existing B.C..
What if the death of Christ was the actual moment when all this GCR/RV stuff started? How cool would that be!? Hey, if nothing else, you'll have a few quadrillion dollars to consider the raw possibility that Yesuha's presence on earth--as God the Creator Father--was indeed fact versus fiction, just like this once impossible "RV story" has now manifested into tangible form. And perhaps, all reading this are indeed members of the 144,000 signed, sealed and delivered by God the Creator Father from the 12 Tribes of Israel.
