It is a fact that the US has been getting stuff like cars and TVs and toys sent to it for 40 years and not paying for it. The Americans owe the money for all that stuff. On the other hand, it is also true the Americans transferred their industrial infrastructure to China and other countries so deserve to be paid for that.

In any case, I agree with the judge that the corrupt corporate government is bankrupt but that the people of the United States will be just fine once they get rid of the cesspool in Washington DC. Look how well off the Russians are after getting rid of the Soviet Union.
