The holographic electrical brain.
The mind and the universe are one.
Military research projects have determined there is a world beyond this one that is currently invisible to the body’s senses.
There are corrupt wealthy individuals hiding the truth of worldly and non-worldly power, technology and the true history of this civilization and other countries.
Unaware people are troubled by the truth of how things are. Telling the truth is not how things are usually done and people have become accustomed to the carefully planted illusion that enables this society to function how it does now.
Everyone who is speaking with a controlled clearance for public disclosure has been prepared and cleared to ensure the safety of the population, to avoid the worst case scenario, to avoid violence or panic, and to ensure the safety of those in active military operation. That is the meaning of controlled disclosure regardless of what those on the outside can imagine.

The worst case scenarios are projected using technology to enhance the mind and recreate virtual environments to explore the potential of various possibilities. The worst possible realities are explored and each one has a potential for both the highest possible good and the darkest or lowest possible degradation of mind an body.
The project is to safely tell people the truth about advanced technology, healing and also the corruption that has taken place. This is a necessary process that only seems rare but happens when a civilization reaches the point of “no-return” in regards to advancement, knowledge, and collective awareness.
The most difficult part to understand is that, myself, as well as several others, were recruited at a very young age into a military project and some corrupt wealthy individuals abused the information and people of the projects. Throughout the research and development technology and spiritual knowledge was gained. This was the capacity to heal and use advanced technology to save lives. This technology is used by the wealthy elite to propagate war and spiritual destruction through deception and toxicity of all forms. All systems are corrupt. All public services are owned and operated by non-human entities. All systems are designed to enslave the human and has been in operation across multiple ‘timelines’ for may thousands of years beyond the scope of written history many times over.
When I tell people that I can say some things but not other thins they say it’s half-truth and that I am saying only what they want to hear but that isn’t true. If I say something that is currently used in activate military then this could compromise the safety of both civilians and military.
The are basic guidelines. These are to not disclose information of active military operations that could endanger the lives of others, to not incite a violent uprising, panic or a destabilization of the current system in ways that would endanger others, and to not force this information upon anyone but to require that others must request the information directly or seek the information out under their own motivation. If these guidelines are maintained, the worst possible scenario is avoided and the result is an aware people that are capable of mitigating the danger of the corruption society and the use of energetically manipulating advanced technology.
During the tests, when people were shown automatically, all at once, this resulted in the body shutting down as the temporal or mental reference then begins to dissociate from the plane of continuity that we call “linear time”. It was also found that this is because the perception of linear time is a kind of perceptual illusion that is generated by the brain. This is similar to the law of closure in that a series of 4 dots will be automatically connected by the brain to appear as a form of a square even though the sides are not visible. The brain takes the information and recreates the perception that is most likely the complete image. Time also functions in this way in that the days and years are connected or ‘closed’ together by the brain in order to create the perception of linear or completed time. In actuality there are only a series of unconnected moments that are present in a timeless state and this is often very difficult to understand.
There is very interesting information that is not cleared for disclosure yet however every day new layers are being declassified and released to the public. For instance there are invisibility or ‘cloaking’ technology that enables one to hide an entire building or even a small colony. These often work through concentrated ion fields or ‘ion curtains’ that are produced by focused generators that diffuse and concentrate the light coming from a certain area to generate a shimmer that only appears as the light information that is on the other side (behind) the area being cloaked. There is very interesting technology, intellectual enhancement and healing capacity however, again, there is much corruption. Along with the danger of corrupt systems the truth in and of itself is something so powerfully changing for the human mind that knowledge must be carefully released in a controlled manner to avoid overwhelming the mind and inducing permanent insanity. With the current (past) technological and spiritual advancements there is no longer permanent insanity but either a mind that can recover and continue on in a collective effort to know the truth of the self and the universe or a mind that is considered ‘reprobate’ and therefore simply chooses to harm others and the self in a state of perpetual ignorance and destruction.
The process of disclosure relies on the protection of the people and the capacity to know the truth and maintain a balanced perspective. This is for the safety of the military and the people. If the military doesn’t protect the people then they are not the military and as well the only way to ensure her safety is if every single person knows about this; there is no other way.
The corruption is related to the electronic control of the mind and this can be used to increase intelligence but has been used to degrade and deceive the population through the media and other currently ‘invisible’ means. The “God” helmet is a good place to begin one’s knowledge of how the electro-magnetic field of the brain and body can be manipulated using subtle electrical and magnetic fields generated from technological devices.
