Seismic event indicators say Earth has started the first Earth-change Uptick Period for the 2019 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 06 show one of the 7+ magnitude earthquake events for the last five years (2016: 7.0 Indonesia: USGS) that was the final big-quake in the series striking in combination with the anticipated electromagnetic Jolt (J2 in chart). Five recent 6-magnitude earthquake events include this 6.0 Mauritius Quake (USGS), the 6.2 Russia Quake (USGS), the 6.5 Alaska Quake (USGS), this 6.2 Ecuador Quake (USGS) and this 6.1 Papua Quake (USGS) striking in the New Guinea region providing evidence that the New Guinea Quake “Event” is still coming in combination with the electromagnetic Jolt that we have yet to see starting the 2019 Earth orbit cycle. Look at the 2015 chart data below to realize Earth had five of the 6-magnitude earthquake events strike in a seven-day USGS reporting period, before the final big-quake struck in the series the following week when the 6-mag quake activity subsided. Twenty-one of the 5-magnitude earthquake events for this week is about four events below the year-over-year weekly-event-total average (24.8) and lower than what we saw for the fifth week of the 2018 orbit cycle last year (27). However, 326 of the 2.5-to-4 magnitude earthquake events is more than 100 events higher than the year-over-year average (205.4), and 115 events higher that the weekly-event-total for last year. If Earth passes beyond Week 07 and we see no evidence of the magma-wave-convergence event expected for the New Guinea/Indonesia region, then the Global Tectonic-volcanic Dynamic has shifted, and the magma-wave energy is expected to trigger a big-quake event somewhere else in the global-magma-plume network. Earth remains primed to receive the anticipated electromagnetic Jolt at any time moving through the Projected-event Window running from April 05 – April 12, 2019 for the 8+Magnitude New Guinea earthquake event representing the seventh and final quake in the current seven-quake series. The leading hypothesis-explanation right now is that Deep Magma-Plume-Wave Action continues coursing through the four-primary buoyancy-barrier corridors, until the primary-magma waves converge within the Indonesia-Fiji Seismic-Volcanic Origination Zone where the New Guinea region sits in the center...
