Seismic event indicators say Earth is nine weeks into the first Earth-change Lull Period for the 2019 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the solar system between the Sun and Libra Constellation. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 21 show just one of the 7+ magnitude earthquake events (7.3 Indonesia for 2019) striking on July 14, 2019 with two of the 6-magnitude earthquake events corresponding precisely to the year-over-year weekly average (2.0). Thirty of the 5-magnitude earthquakes is five events over the year-over-year average (25.0) with only three (4 a last week and 6 previous week) striking outside the regions of the Pacific Ocean-Ring of Fire and all three striking along Buoyancy-barrier Corridor 3 (Japan across Nepal through Gibraltar region). 442 of the 2.5-to-4-magnitude earthquake events is far above the year-over-year weekly average (233.50; tossing out the 2250 value), which remains high due to the aftershock quakes coming from the large-mag California quakes. The USA (Semisopochnoi, on map; Fox Islands, on map) new-volcanic-eruption events struck east of the elbow position of Buoyancy-barrier Corridor 1, along the Aleutian Islands chain, from deep-magma-wave action associated with recent harmonic-tremor activity to the south. The Italy event (Stromboli: on map) struck along Corridor 3 on an offshore island between Italy and Sicily from deep-quake activity to the east under Japan at the Corridor 1-3 intersection. The Peru event (Ubinas, on map) struck along Corridor 2, as we turn eyes south in expectation of new-eruption activity striking along the Chile-Argentina border in weeks to come. Again, the investigation continues moving through uncharted waters with Jupiter and the Anomaly Vortex being left of the Sun-Black Star centerline for the first time since the Project Black Star Investigation started in January 2011 and earth-change strangeness seems to be the new normal moving forward.
