Seismic event indicators say Earth is trying to start the second Earth-change Uptick Period for the 2019 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the solar system between the Sun and Libra Constellation. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 28 show two of the 7-magnitude earthquake events (7.1 New Caledonia last year, 7.2 New Caledonia for 2016) with three of the 6-magnitude earthquake events, which is the total value for the previous four years combined. Weekly seismic-event values for the 5-magnitude earthquake events for Week 28 should fall somewhere between 25 and 32 based upon the historical data with the 10* and 15* values representing about half of the expected weekly totals. My suspicion is that additional mantle plume connections have been made to the Deep Magma-plume Formation pushing the horn formations up during the formation-inflation process much like we saw in Week 15 of the 2018 orbit cycle explained in The Week the Earth Stood Still video. Two hundred twenty-nine of the 2.5-to-4-magnitude earthquakes is 24 events “below” the year-over-year weekly average (253.2) pointing to earth-change strangeness like we see for the 2017 Earth orbit cycle. We are now moving through the longest period without a 7+magnitude earthquake event (53 days since 7.3 Indonesia on July 14th) since Earth passed between the Sun and Black Star on May 14, 2019. Global seismic-event values are lower than expected indicating that the powerful electromagnetic-energy Jolt is still coming. Deep earthquake events continue striking along the US West Coast (20+, 30+ and now 40+K depths) and particularly in Southern California in proximity to the northern and southern regions of the San Andreas Fault and under the region where the 6.4 and 7.1 California Quakes struck around July 04, 2019. Notable quakes striking in the regions include this 2.9 Weaverville Quake (USGS) that struck a whopping 43.7 kilometers below sea level on August 31, 2019. USGS deception is on full display with this 1.1 Quake (USGS M 1.1 - 31km ENE of Olancha, CA, 2019-09-02 05:01:12 (UTC), 36.394°N 117.683°W, 21.3 km depth) that struck below the crust along the Garlock Fault. The USGS lowered the magnitude, raised the depth to just 3.8 kilometers and moved the epicenter location far to the north to make this important quake event look like an aftershock quake from previous seismic activity. Something is going on below the region and the USBS is apparently trying to avert panic, again, because there is reason to PANIC.
