2-22-13 BGG: Article 140 compensation starts next week. "The Head of the Kirkuk branch of the Article 140 Implementation Committee says the compensation cheques will be distributed next week. The compensation cheques were to be distributed when the budget was approved, but due to some problems it was postponed until next week. Compensation is a phase of the Article 140 implementation of the Iraqi constitution, specialized to the disputed areas which include Kirkuk, Mosul, Diyala, and Salahadin."
2-22-13 Note to Investors: Iraq Has Its Act Together. The investment case for the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) has never been stronger. The IMF has reported that the Iraqi economy grew 10.2 per cent last year and expects growth to accelerate to 14.7 per cent this year.

They can (do it before the 23rd) but thats the dates I was told. Dont ask me im just passing on. Everything is ready right now everything is ready, right now ust is in lockdown again. They went in today, they came out last week. Now a few documents had to be taken care of by one of the big families in china.
If budget not acted upon by 23rd don't they lose on the loans forgiven? Yea but they dont care they will get a extention or something. So anyway i have been told this weekend looks sharp. Packages are going out tomorrow or the next day. It has to change due to new currencies coming out, they are printed and ready, gold back currencies. Gold backed by china. China been buying big time for the last few years.
