Would it make sense that the UN operational rates update due on March 15th could fall within this currency basket revaluation? Ultimately, RV with rate since budget is passed.
I am curious if this currency basket revaluation would stay on target with the dates on UN operational rates or perhaps just come out as a surprise.
What do you think Frank or Delta or Eagle 1?

Good Evening, Bill: After reading the various posts on the forum tonight and seeing a lot of confusion over the basket of currencies, as well as the expected devaluation of the USD, it appears that I need to try and clear things up a bit.
As we know, there are 15 currencies that are expected to restructure (and I use that word advisedly) in the coming days and weeks. Could they revalue and devalue (depending on the currency) the entire basket in one day? They could, but in my honest opinion, that is highly unlikely. If you study the historical pattern of currency changes, and the ongoing GCR we've seen since the first of the year, you see first a major currency revaluation, followed quickly by a pair of currency devaluations, followed by another currency revaluation, followed by a couple more currency devaluations.
There is a careful balancing act taking place in order to avoid too great a shock to the world economic system at one time. We are watching the USD increase in value during the current cycle.
That's nice, but what you are seeing is a temporary change as it shifts against the traditional basket of currencies. As we see other currencies continue to revalue and devalue, you will see the USD fall to a level below its statistical average (at this point, typically .79 - .80). We could see the USD fall to perhaps .77 or even .75 before rebounding. The rebound could bring it back to .80 or .81 where it would sit for a short time before beginning another slow slide downward.
With the ongoing changes taking place (or scheduled to take place) within the 15 currencies, my expectation is that we will see these 15 currencies change over a period of the next four-to-six weeks, with the USD fluctuating with those changes meanwhile. The IQD is a major game-changer in the upcoming changes because several major world currencies are using the IQD as their reserve currency in order to back up their own revaluations. The VND shows every indication of changing at or near the same time as the IQD. The ultimate backup for the VND (by way of the Chinese Yuan) is the IQD.
This is because the IQD is the only fully gold-backed currency in the world at the moment. The IQD has become the trigger mechanism for the GCR. Its RV is the single most important event in the restructuring of these 168 currencies.
That said, any fears over the USD suddenly losing 30, 40 or 50 percent of its value overnight are unfounded in my honest evaluation of what's taking place. In the long term scheme of this planned GCR, the USD will undoubtedly be worth less proportionately than it is today -- and perhaps as much as 40% in the final analysis -- but when you understand the careful balancing act that is taking place with the world economies, such a sudden devaluation at this stage of things would cause such a shock to other non-revalued (or non-devalued, as the case may be) currencies as to cause a serious crash within the banking systems.
The GCR is an event that began to be set in motion back in 2002 during George W. Bush's first term. It has been carefully planned and its execution is a delicate balancing act because of the current crises that exist within the EU and other non-EU aligned nations. The complete crash of any one of these nation's economies and currencies could literally topple the world banking system overnight.
The Iraqi invasion and the war that toppled Saddam Hussein was an unexpected gift to this planned currency reset. There has been so much baloney in the news media and the reporting of the events that triggered the Iraq War that the truth has been completely submerged. Bush capitalized on a real crisis and took advantage of a real threat to the world by Saddam's WMD program to cancel the threat and rebuild both Iraq (ripped apart from Saddam's terrorist adventures) and the oncoming crisis in the world economic system. The man was either a genius, or he was surrounded by gifted people who had enormous foresight and planning skills. Either way, he is a modern Joseph for this day and time.
The GCR, if carefully executed, will be a huge turnaround for the world economic system -- at least in the near term. Unless nations get a grip on their socialist, insane spending habits, and entitlement philosophies, the current economic crises will look like child's play in the years ahead. Revelation 18 is a pretty clear picture of where the world is ultimately headed. As believers in Jesus Christ we've been provided with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ensure that the entire world is afforded the opportunity to hear the Gospel of the Kingdom. It is an opportunity that will never be repeated, and we'd better not squander it!
Now that I've waxed windy (with questionable eloquence!) I'll shut up. That's my two cents worth for your consideration.
Blessings on you.

Finally someone who has explained in understandable lingo what is actually going on and what to anticipate in the coming weeks or months..........it's one thing to read it in Revelation but another to be experiencing and seeing it unfold right before our eyes..... Thanks for the Great Post!

This is the most intelligent explanation that I have heard on this site or any other. Although it has been a complicated plan and process, having simple facts in a reasonable explanation is such encouragement for this time. I know you will walk in wisdom with the inheritance God is placing in your hand. Hopefully, we will too.
Thank you, Eagle, and God bless you.
