#10~Message for the 1st Wave Ascension Crew: Crossing The Bridge to the New World
December 10, 2014 Iconoclast
As we near the end of this intense year, what are the most powerful things you can do to make the world change faster? We are not so much changing the world, as we are shifting our own vibration.
I see the job of the First Wave as being one of bringing a higher vibrational awareness into a low vibrational reality. As we hold the memory of “home” in our vibrational field, we infuse light into the darkness, or another way to put it, is we infuse lightness into the density of the lower form. When we do that we are challenging the environment to vibrate with us. The law of resonance demands that the vibrational realities match, so even if the reaction seems to be initially negative, the result will be the same: the higher vibrational resonance will win out.
As a First Wave, our job has been challenging, as we first had to “remember home” and then consistently hold this awareness while living a very dense reality. Truly, we have been lighthouses in the darkness, but I predict that, if you have done your work, things are going to get a lot easier for you now. I know this, because it is happening to me.
As always, the global shift depends on you. It’s an inside job. Here are some of the things you can do to make a difference in your world and in the world at large.
1. Make a solid commitment to catching yourself in any disempowering thoughts or internal dialogue.
For instance: when you feel something “negative” redirect your energy towards a more empowering interpretation: “Wow, my body feels ______, but I know it is in the process of getting better every day. I know it knows what it is doing and I support it in my every thought and action.”
If you change your attitude towards catching yourself in negative behavior, you really speed up this process, for example: let’s say you are dealing with the emotion of jealousy. You have practiced my process of getting rid of the emotion, but occasionally it slips in again.
Rather than getting mad at yourself for slipping, approach it with the attitude of a cat at a mouse hole: you are waiting for that emotion to pop out again. When it does, you are going to gleefully pounce on it and change its vibration with the thought you have chosen to replace it. In my case, I decided to redefine jealousy as my friend; it was there to point out something that I want and can have. When I did this, the painful emotion disappeared entirely.
2. Allow yourself to interpret things with a humorous air.
A couple years ago I suddenly I saw all the guys in my house become knights from the tarot deck. Overnight, they went from idiots who forgot to clean up after themselves to chivalrous—if bumbling—protectors of the (vibrational) realm. I saw that each one was a perfect, but rather funny interpretation of one of the knights in the tarot. I realized that they are all here to help me, the Queen of Swords (numerological interpretation of my name). I was surprised and delighted with my new point of view! My house hasn’t been the same since!
3. Allow yourself to experience true unconditional love.
Unconditional love starts with yourself. The good news is that it is natural! Feeling hatred or unloved is unnatural. So, all you have to do is remove the unnatural debris covering up the natural love you have for yourself. Then bask in it—you deserve it!
4. Don’t try to rescue the world.
I have to watch my ego, as it wants to “rescue” the world. I do care for others and I have had some concern for my friends, but basically, I know that they have their own path and their own timing. I also know, through the books of Carlos Castaneda, that self-importance is my real “enemy” and that needing to rescue others—or the world(!)—is my ego showing again.
5. Live without needs.
I can see that the path ahead for me is one without “needs” and this feels right; you only have needs when you are insecure, and you are only insecure when you are in fear—to be in fear is a lower vibration that doesn’t belong in the new world.
6. Renew your commitment to your path.
I know I am on my path as I align my body, my mind, and my higher self. I know that things are getting better and better for me minute by minute. Doubt is disappearing. I feel more sovereign, more free.
7. Act as the creator being that you are.
We create first with our feelings. We have to now generate the feeling that vibrationally matches the world we want to live in. As Bashar says, we can’t wait for the image in the mirror to smile first. We are the creators of our world and we do this with feelings (not emotions). Emotions, in my definition, are reactive, while feelings are what the (new) world runs on.
8. Shower everything in your world with appreciation.
I prefer the word appreciation to the word gratitude. Gratitude implies that you are waiting for someone or something else (god, angels, etc.) to provide for you. Provide what you want for yourself; access your power and sovereignty by appreciating the world you have created.
9. How to speed up the arrival of the new world: infuse each moment with consciousness.
The real key is awareness. You can truly speed up the process by becoming more aware. As you infuse every moment with awareness, love, and appreciation, you become more and more vibrationally aligned with the new world. You actually speed up its arrival exponentially each time you change your attitude on something, switch to a better feeling about your life, stop criticizing yourself or others, and when you realize the perfection in everything.
