For the Good of California, we have given notice to the court and to the presiding judge, that two state court judges embezzled public funds of the Superior Court of California, by claiming fee exempt in law suits over a period of approximately 2 1/2 years, where the two judges were Defendants in their private, not public, capacity.
See attached document filed into the state court, and served upon the two judges, several clerks of court, and other Defendants in the case.
One of the two judges served on the trial court case, and as chairperson on the Appellate Division Panel, for the same case, issued orders in each, and then denied having done that, in a court filing, in complete falsehood and fraud.
The two Superior Court judges are represented by attorneys, which makes them legal incompetents pursuant to Black’s Law Dictionary.
See attached, and send a copy to your state assemblyperson and state senator, for impeachment of the two dishonest judges, also send to the Chief Justice of the California State Supreme Court for their disbarment, and the disbarment of their attorneys, for violation of California Constitution Article 16 Section 6, use of public resources (for legal representation retainer fees, and for waiver of court filing fees) for private law suits. This is also a violation of their oath of office to the California Constitution.
