AngelicView: Incidentally, there are a couple of NDE’s that describe a comet coming in that will be a space ship. Here is what Tolec says about the Galactic Federation:08.30.13. Regarding the alleged – “Comet Ison“. It is not a comet. This is a large scale ship operated by Galactic Federation forces. Expect it to arrive in the ‘sol’ (solar) system, in Earth’s ‘space’ & in orbit over this planet… sometime in the near future. Consider this sighting to be another major harbinger of the many changes coming to this planet!
There are affiliated councils, groups or races, some formal members of the Andromeda Council, some not, willing to help the people of planet Earth in its process of evolution. The time of Earth’s evolution has come.
One of the original groups of the Andromeda Council is the Galactic Federation which is a long standing federation of star systems & planets of benevolent beings based in the Tau Ceti star system.
You can think of the Galactic Federation as the Andromeda Council’s operational ‘management company’, their deep space forces that are responsible for day-to-day management & enforcement of the cooperative protocols for: intergalactic, interstellar & interplanetary trade/barter/exchange of resources, products & services, societal, cultural, educational exchange and many other activities on a planet to planet basis.
The Galactic Federation is comprised of approximately 140 star systems, and at present it has 300 planets in its membership. It has its own sitting council representing its own star systems & planets. It is lead by a Chairman from the Tau Ceti star system. The Galactic Federation itself is the 10th senior chaired member of the Andromeda Council. The Federation’s lead planet is – Xeta.
It is expected over the course of the next few years as planet Earth adjusts to its new life in the 4th dimension – as well as being part of a greater family of intelligent life that is thriving across the cosmos - planet Earth will be invited as a single member to join the Galactic Federation. Earth’s representative body on the Galactic Federation will be known as the – “Joint Earth Council”.
