To clarify more specifically where one may access the RV info:
at about 55 min., Zorra (aka Father God) speaks, with St. Germaine joining about 60 min. mark with more detail on who & where the "players" are, and the higher all-encompassing purpose disclosed.

Additionally, @ 111 min. 2 callers questions clarify delays as "strategic pauses" and what one can DO to affect the outcome....

I have heard these delays, the mass arrests, the constant "it is done" for months, there are 1 million angels helping so for the life of me if these beings are higher dimensional and have 1 million angels, why can't they arrest a few people, better yet, just think the RV and it will happen.
Sorry, I don't believe this group, they break all universal Laws of non interference and non intervention, but we are all entitled to our own belief systems.

I wrote in one of my posts on my blog that an RV doesn't need to be a reason, rather, for those "waiting" can do some things to help. I have a neighbor who lost her husband and she's very sick, I bake her a fresh loaf of bread every few days, bring her basket of fruits and spend an hour with her and she will tell me that the food is something she can live without but the hour to talk to someone is priceless. It doesn't even have to be material, just get into the habit of telling yourself every morning that you want to do good or help someone, tell the Universe you are available to help those in need and they show up every day without fail. This morning while I was taking the ferry to the mainland, this old lady was carrying so much stuff and I just took a big bag from her and said "Let me help", she looked at me shocked, but by the time we got to her destination she forgot about her aches and pains and was smiling. This is what we do everyday, a nice word, assistance, smiles, positive words, and of course if you have the means, bring a basket with some goodies in it to your neighbors, whatever it takes ...we are all in this together.

I have another problem with this RV and St. Germain. Why is the Dinar necessary to RV? First the US military and it's allies invade, occupy and destroy this country, is this not enough for the Iraqi's to deal with? Did the Iraqis also choose to go through this before they incarnated and what is the cost these people have to pay for someone else to get rich from? Do these people not deserve to be happy and free? Why the Dinar? Why not another currency? Now, lets go one level deeper. How can anyone who has morals and ethics even invest into this currency knowing what has been done to these people? Does this St. Germain and Dr. E. May not have a conscience/ do they not feel bad for doing this to the Iraqi people because even if an RV was to happen, even if it was 1 to 1, it would bankrupt this nation, a nation that is so filled with death, radiation, babies being severely deformed, 50,000 orphans from the invasion alone, come on, do you honestly feel right about getting rich on the blood money of these suffering people?

I honestly don't make the spiritual connection with all the other mumbo jumbo some of these people are talking about. I'm a Christian, I believe in living a fulfilling life with or without this rv but I don't get this zombie'esque, moths to the flame approach. It's a simple matter of investing in currency..it either happens or it doesn't. Yes and my point to all this is really the same, it does not take Angels or Saints to make something happen, it's up to the people to get it done. And if you can’t agree about the price? Well, this is a society of Samurai, after all. Looking some defiant student in the eye, I’d draw back my shoulders and say:

Obviously, since the reactors used uranium with a half life of many millions of years, and Plutonium, with a half life of thousands of years, and this stuff is dispersed evenly over a large area, there will be no practical way to clean any of this up. If you bury it, erosion will eventually expose it, and how can you scrape up the surface of every mountain, valley, field, or other terrain features and dispose of the entire top layer of the earth? That cannot happen, Japan really is screwed.

On the other side of the issue however is the Pacific. Ordinary people are going out with their own geiger counters and finding nothing wrong. No damning radiation stats are forthcoming from the starfish crowd. Oceanographers are calling it a massive viral outbreak involving both the Pacific and the Atlantic. And I therefore believe there is a huge effort underway by usurpers of the truth movement to get people all scared over Fukushima, never tell them Israel did it, blame Tepco and the nuclear industry, and side track the truth movement AWAY from the real issues, such as Stuxnet at home, tainted vaccines, the encroaching police state, the Obama care disaster (and NO, you CANNOT opt out so I did not link that crap) and many other issues we should all be focused on.

The big dirty at Fukushima already happened, and it happened when reactor 3 had its guts blown into the Pacific compliments of Magna BSP and the IDF. If there is a radiation problem in the pacific right now which I seriously doubt, it came from the big blast and not from a little ground water seeping in from the shoreline. It came from the big blast, which was carried by the wind into the ocean. This horrible contamination in Japan is the result of whatever dust was laying around after the big blast in the immediate vicinity of reactor 3 and then subsequently carried abroad. Had the wind currents been different and had the entire core been dispersed over land and not the ocean immediately following the blast, it would have literally cut Japan in half.

There is no doubt a lot got dumped into the Pacific, enough to make the water beneath the initial dust trail from reactor 3 240 times the safe limit within 10 miles of the coast. That has since dispersed. But that is a comparably small area, and I do not buy that it would contaminate the entire ocean. The starfish have had trouble off the coast for years now, even before Fukushima ever happened and it takes more time for the ocean currents from Japan to even hit the west coast than the current starfish die off can support, this die off started happening too soon for that. True, the water should be arriving at the coast right around now, but this starfish die off has been ongoing for two years.

Oceanographers are saying it is a virus and not Fukushima doing this. So are they all bought out by the Israeli Mossad too? Did Israel go into damage control mode and pay all of the oceanographers to shut up? Oh, I get it, TEPCO PAID THEM ALL OFF INSTEAD.
If anyone believes the west coast is frying from fukushima while the oceanographers say nada, I would say it is time for the thinking cap. If ENE and Infowars can say the ocean is destroyed with a web site, the oceanographers can say so as well. No one is shutting anyone up over this. Why are the oceanographers saying it is not Fuku then? How did the Pacific ocean currents carry Fuku fallout to the Atlantic to kill the starfish there as well?
And about the latest propaganda row over how the workers are treated at Fukushima, blame it on Israel. Find out who is running those subcontractor companies. I bet a dime to a dollar they are all Mossad fronts, issuing death threats against workers to NOT talk about how it could not possibly have been hydrogen gas that destroyed the place. If any are smart enough to figure out what really went on there, it is shut up or die, straight from the mouth of the Mossad. COUNT ON IT.

I am not saying a word on Mr. Fulford. But if he is also saying no problem with radiation levels from Fukushima disaster I will start to question ALL he has to say.

So... what do you think is killing these ocean life and precipitating the mass die offs in the ocean and on the ocean floor? Military sonar testing? Which I admit is feasible..

I listen to Cobra all the time and he's not on the good side. Cobra is working on the dark side opening portals so that more of the dark can enter, I don't trust people that hide their identities and voices, plain and simple. And don't give me this "for security reasons" shit, because a lot of people take risks in their lives for doing what they believe in, some even get killed, so there is NO need to hide, I do not trust anyone that hides for whatever reason.
How do I know this? I see him in my dream time, he's a dark dragon and don't ask me how I do this, it happens when I go to sleep, I visit different dimensions and experience all kind of experiences, but that is what I KNOW about Cobra, not what I think or what other people THINK of him.

Fukushima may be clear, but the last 3 years have brought it over the world, in the Adriatic Sea, we no longer have sardines, we are getting WHALES here and never before in History ..they are escaping the Mediterreanean, we have deformed fish, and I just ordered a Geiger Counter so I will be able to measure radiation if there is any. There is nobody cleaning up, it would be interference and it goes against Universal Laws. The only time our galactic family can interfere is a directive from Prime Creator and the event has to be catastrophic enough that it would quickly annihilate earth and the Galaxies around, so if it affects other galaxies and solar systems.

Not listened to cobra before but the two min. I got from Yman's share resonates with me (source of high readings) & i appreciate it & how to deal with it
It's my understanding Ben Fulford has an especially sensitive instrument for measuring radiation, & detected none to be concerned about in that area, which also jives.

Is it not possible that Creator has heard protection prayers of people and dispatched heavenly helpers to deal with any number of issues, inc. this one? don't think that's interference, but rather view it as welcome assistance/ help.

As far as not having interest in "money": same represents value of people, our energy and why wouldn't loving concerned Creator have an interest in it, especially if it's current system & use has been grossly corrupted, creating virtual slavery & destruction for our planet & people? "money" itself isn't really the issue, imo; it's just been misused, with Controller's lack & limit mentality tending to give it much more significance than it will when Creator's abundance is experienced in that area of life, as is evident in creation. What other species needs are not abundantly provided for here on our glorious planet, & why shouldn't mankind's also be same?

When one wishes to show care for another, why would it not be in an area considered important by them?
