How to Heal your Eyesight Naturally

My eyesight has always been pretty good, but for a long time I did wear glasses. Today I can read/drive/use a computer without needing my glasses, so I rarely wear them, but they still do create some improvements in my eyesight should I put them on.
When I first stumbled upon this video I was really interested about where it was going to go. I’ve been putting attention and awareness into healing my eyes naturally for a few years, since around the time I was introduced to Spirituality and started animating Spirit Science, actually… With results in both directions, sometimes getting better, and sometimes getting worse (if only in tiny increments).
Upon watching the video, I found myself pleasantly surprised. This guy is a legitimate doctor, who has used a method from a “renegade optometrist” from about a hundred years ago who put together a solid formula for healing your eyes.
he tips and tricks that he gives are a lot of things that I kinda came up with while practicing healing my eyes too. When I wake up in the morning I like to go outside and just close my eyes gently and stare into the sun. It not only helps my eyes wake up, but my whole mind wakes up!
Likewise, the whole “don’t squint” thing is another practice, and as of now I’m going to be putting far more effort into putting that into practice as well.
Ultimately, I just found this was an incredibly useful video and one worth sharing, especially since it leads to the ideas of “Treat the problems at their core”, rather than “Symptom Management”.
Think about it. Stop squinting really helps get to the core of releasing the anxiety and stress in the muscles in your face. And if there’s no more strain, then your brain, eyes, and facial muscles can all function with ease and clarity. Energy can flow smoothly, and it only makes sense that your eyes will naturally improve as well
For all of us with glasses, lets give these tips a practice and see how we do!
