Per Arnie Rosner’s criticism, I/we will refrain from unnecessary insults – that’s easier to do now, because the facts
and law are on our side, as we expose and dismantle the corporate shadow regimes.
We will file an “Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court)” brief in the Baltimore case, and alert the court to Prosecuter
Marilyn Mosby’s connection to private entities and interests, which we can prove through prima facie evidence. Ditto for her hubby Nick Mosby, a Baltimore City councilperson who is avoiding us.
We are also preparing a preliminary “Demand Letter / Notice of Intent to Sue” to be served on the Registered Agents for the Delaware-based
“United States of America, Inc.” and “The United States of America, Inc.” Proposed claims are CIVIL RICO (racketeering), FRAUD, BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY, CONSPIRACY, CONSTITUTIONAL and STATUTORY VIOLATIONS, and TITLE 42 CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS, to wit: deprivation of our rights under the color of state incorporation laws.
You can also peaceably confront your respective Secretaries of State re: why they incorporated business entities with names that are “deceptively similar”
too government entities. That’s Business Law 101 – a no brainer – such names are illegal on face.
For example, the terribly corrupt Bridgeport, CT, has many illegal shadow entities, as evinced by going to www.MANTA.com, typing in “City of Bridgeport” on the left, and “Bridgeport, CT” on the right. You’ll find numerous illegal entities named “City of Bridgeport.”
