Can Rh Negative Blood be Cloned?

The short answer is “Yes”.
The long answer goes as follows:
When we refer to the term “cloning”, we are talking about the cloning of Nucleic acid segments or genes or possibly the expression of proteins. If it was monetarily manageable to produce blood in a bioreactor, rh negative stem cells would be used and with that rh negative blood would be produced.
The problem with this is that the procedure would be so expensive, that even when scientists have successfully attempted to produce red blood cells, the money necessary to complete the production is currently nowhere available.
Because of that, Artificial Blood Substitutes such as Haem02 are being produced which contain the necessary functionalities of blood such as carrying oxygen to enable you to survive while your body regerenates itself to having the neccessary amount of your own blood to be alright.
