This is a mass-tort environmental proposed Class Proceeding (“Proceeding”) brought in the Federal Court of Canada in respect of toxic Aerial Discharges performed directly or indirectly by Her Majesty the Queen and / or her instrumentalities, in Canadian air space, and which Aerial Discharges compromise cognitive function, contribute to other neurological disorders, damage property and the environment, amongst many other heads of damage.

Notifying the Canadian government, United Nations, and Pope Francis that climate change is based on incomplete science, and omissions like stratospheric aerosol geoengineering the weather, chemtrails, HARP heating the ionosphere, appear to be ignored. For this reason I suggest raising awareness of the class action lawsuit, to prevent strengthening the Environment Bill of Rights Ontario based on omissions and possible hidden agendas.
