2 lb. boneless sirloin 1 ½ cups rice wine vinegar ½ tsp. cayenne pepper ½ cup molasses 1 ½ tsp. red pepper flakes 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice 2 tbsp. sesame oil 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 bag of mixed greens
In a non-reactive pot combine all ingredients except beef. Heat until warm to touch. Pour mixture over beef; cool. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. When ready to serve, slice thin and serve rare beef slices over salad.
