This footage was captured by 开水君/Kaishui Jun and as she was looking out her window she noticed a brightly lit object in the that seem to be moving oddly. In the footage we see this object move from side to side an bob up and down as if it is swimming through sky. When the object neared the bright blue building towards the end of the footage it looks like it was looking in. I truly don't know what to make of this object.
