Seismic event indicators say Earth is moving through the second Earth-change Lull Period (ending February 14, 2020) for the 2019 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned between the Sun and Libra Constellation. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 46 show two 7-mag earthquake events (2015, 2016) with zero of the 6-magnitude earthquake events (for 2019), which is below the average for the last five years (2.2). Twenty-eight of the 5-magnitude earthquake events for Week 46 is below the weekly year-over-year total average (34.8) with 407 of the 2.5-to-4-mag quakes being well above the weekly-event average (261.4; 244.2, 255, 255.4, 317, 296.6, 238.8, 240.4, 234.6, 210.2 last 9 weeks). The 7.1 Indonesia Quake (USGS) from November 14, 2019 is the predicted Earth-Sun-Black Star Backside-alignment Quake Event (B) projected to strike when Earth passed behind the Sun relative to the Black Star positioned between the Sun and Libra Constellation. Earth has seen this single 7-mag quake event in the last 180 days, when historically one strikes every 20.27 (info = 18 per year) days.
