Strange object leaves bright trail in sky near military base

"On december 20, 2019 at around 6:40 am i was driving on fort stewart military base on ga hwy route 144 east toward richmond hill, ga. the sky was completely dark outside with no clouds in the sky. i saw on bright light streaking across the sky leaving a very bright white trail across the dark sky. my car camera captured the object as if was traveling high in the sky leaving a long trail of light. the object suddenly seem to disconnect from the light trail, flash or blink in the sky then disappear into the sky darkness. i was able to track the object on my car dashboard camera for around 3 1/2 minutes."
