Sunspot AR2757 exploded during the late hours of January 25th. A slow-moving CME that left the Sun might have an Earth-directed component. NOAA forecasters are analyzing the expanding cloud now to determine if it will hit Earth in the days ahead. The coronal mass ejection was observed in STEREO-A imagery. Over the past few days, sunspot AR2757 has puffed numerous minor class solar flares into space.
