This is a mini 20 minutes session that can be done at your desk in your chair. You will practice and learn something new every day. Bridgette Lyn Dolgoff will be the instructor on Zoom by the Ministry Of Consciousness as a part of the outreach educational programs.
Focus on one practice a day that will cover all the bases to name a few: Physical (release movements, massage, breathwork, pain management), Mental (guided imagery, sound, meditation, creating more mental clarity), Emotional (manage stress, anxiety & fear, build inner trust), Energectically/Spiritual (prayer, energy building, energy healing, readdress and reclaiming lost energy, chakras).
The class will be held Monday through Friday. Starting Friday, April 3, 2020, at 12:00 Noon PST or 3 pm EST.
This is a probationary period for the class, The ending of the period will be May 1, 2020, if the class is not working out, is not being attended or we do not need it anymore.
This class will be recorded.
