Focus on one practice a day that will cover all the bases to name a few: Physical (release movements, massage, breathwork, pain management), Mental (guided imagery, sound, meditation, creating more mental clarity), Emotional (manage stress, anxiety & fear, build inner trust), Energectically/Spiritual (prayer, energy building, energy healing, readdress and reclaiming lost energy, chakras).
The class will be held Monday through Friday. Starting Friday, April 3, 2020, at 12:00 Noon PST or 3 pm EST.
This is a probationary period for the class, The ending of the period will be May 1, 2020, if the class is not working out, is not being attended or we do not need it anymore.
