Over the next several days, observers in almost every part of the world will be able to see Venus, Mars/Moon, Saturn and Jupiter. Bright Venus is easy to see, low at your eastern sky one hour before sunrise. This is the best time of the year to see Saturn and Jupiter. later this month the gas giants come in opposition and will be at their biggest and brightest for 2020. On July 11-12, Mars accompanied by the Moon will appear in the southeastern sky before dawn. Look first for the Moon. The brilliant nearby “star” will be Mars. Stay Tuned!
