Why Most Ideas About Reincarnation Are Wrong

The common view of reincarnation is that someone transitions from earth and then comes back as a different individual, over and over again. However, that is not an accurate description of what happens. We remain the individual we have grown to be while on earth without changing to another person. Instead, our Higher Self has many individuals who come into earth school and other planes of existence. As an individual's life is being planned, the planning group draws from other people's lives in the Higher Self to provide a context for lessons or a framework for the new life. The new life then grows on earth and can have a past-life regression in which the person retrieves knowledge about that other individual's life. However, each of us remains the individual we are through the rest of forever.
