TWO “Drills” to Watch for: Nov 12 (UK) and Nov 13-14 (USA)

Yes, the “D-word” is bandied about generously these days and whether these “drills” yield another false flag or not remains to be seen.
If the familiar pattern repeats, there will be some humourous attempts to attack The People, but hopefully no true casualties. I love the dummy victim idea, as ludicrous as it looks.
COBRA says nothing will come of the planned “power grid down” test in the USA; that they won’t be taking down the grid, and he hasn’t been wrong yet. As for the UK bank test, that remains to be seen. Maybe it will be an opportunity for the Light forces to get their foot in the door and prepare for The Event.
At this point, the cabal have us so conditioned that all they have to do is mention “drill” and we’re on high alert—and it’s getting old. The prey is now wise to the wolf’s hunting habits and our ‘eyes in the skies’ prevent any major catastrophes.

Cyber attack ‘war game’ to test London banks prior to big US power grid drill

Thousands of staff across dozens of London’s financial firms will be put through a “war game” scenario on Tuesday to test how well they can handle a major cyber attack. In one of the largest exercises of its kind in the world, the test dubbed “Waking Shark II” [LOL!] will bombard firms with a series of announcements and scenarios, such as a major attack on computer systems hitting stock exchanges and unfolding on social media. It will be co-ordinated from a single room via housing regulators, government officials and staff from banks and other financial firms, people familiar with the matter said.

Drill Will Simulate a Knockout Blow of Power Grid 17 Aug 2013 (The New York Times) …Thousands of utility workers, business executives, National Guard officers, F.B.I. antiterrorism experts and officials from government agencies in the United States, Canada and Mexico are preparing for an emergency drill in November that will simulate physical attacks and cyberattacks that could take down large sections of the power grid. They will practice for a crisis unlike anything the real grid has ever seen, and more than 150 companies and organizations have signed up to participate. “This is different from a hurricane that hits X, Y and Z counties in the Southeast and they have a loss of power for three or four days,” said the official in charge of the drill, Brian M. Harrell of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, known as NERC. “We really want to go beyond that.”
