My musing at a snapshot in time, to your email below:
I, like all Americans, have been victimized by the crimes that you describe.
You suggest that I believe that every American needs to be made an expert in “their” law.
With only 100 people litigating the way David Chey and I do, in a 5 year period, we can get to the point that you, Anna, want to be at politically.
With just 6 people assisting us with our litigation, here in Santa Clara County, CA, we can get wins every time.
Without enforcement you have nothing. The de jure courts have no enforcement at present.
We go as Plaintiffs into the corporate courts, because we can get enforcement of judgements there.
We can get judgments against the corrupt govt. officials for violation of civil rights, racketeering and corruption, its public officials, officers, employees, agents, contractors, aiders and abettors, for monetary damages.
The corporate court judgements against public servants in their private capacity discourage public servants from violating individuals rights. That is what you ultimately want, to discourage public corruption.
If a handful of people will do what we do, in litigating as Private Attorney Generals in the corporate courts, you reach a point where you become toxic and no corrupt govt corporation, corrupt govt agency, or corrupt govt employee, bothers you anymore, for fear of being sued or being charged with crimes, for their conduct against you.
This was the message that Tim Turner taught when he traveled around the country teaching people, 100 to 300 at a time, on a weekend, how to do negative averments, and private notices of claim in Admiralty.
When enough people sue for violation of their civil rights, the cost of the attorneys will eat up all of the substance of the corrupt govt corporations and the corrupt public servants, to the point that the corruption will stop.
I do not see any other path thru the wilderness.
I have not seen enough of a nucleus of individuals who will participate in de jure grand juries and enforcement of de jure court orders, to make people jump to what you want to do.
Remember, in Tim Turner’s organization, some states could not even get enough participation in de jure governance for the 28 people to form a state level de jure grand jury.
The strategy is that Litigating in the corporate courts takes less people than what is necessary to establish de jure grand juries. Once you get at least one private attorney general office in each county, you have a level of visibility that proves there is truth in what those who struggle for civil rights are saying.
Anna, I will embed an answer to each of your email questions:

-> I do not have the resources to take on issues that do not provide compensation for damages. I do not have the luxury of unlimited wealth and leisure time to spend in a “think tank” without funding.
Probate fraud? Fiduciary Trust Fraud? Entrapment? Enslavement? Identity theft? False claims of jurisdiction? Unlawful conscription and conversion of assets?
-> These are all issues that a think tank can tackle if they are funded by either multi-national corporations grants or government grants. Otherwise, it devolves into just talk, without credentials or recognition. That is why the municipal corporations cause a tremendous brain drain on every other aspect of American society. All of the municipal corporations in America, own over 70 percent of all the stocks in America. They bought those stocks with money that was stolen from Americans. The municipal corps own over twice as much stock as private citizens in this country. All the money is in the hands of the municipal corporations.
These are all CRIMES at the root of ALL these other things that people are having to deal with— mortgage fraud, IRS claims, eminent domain, traffic revenue stops— you name it, it all has to do with THEM asserting and enforcing claims and jurisdictions they have no right to assert or enforce in the way they are over the individuals they are attacking.
-> You need to get candidates in office in every state that will systematically change the laws and the judiciary. There is no magic wand to wave to make these changes over night. Even the current president has worked very quickly on a time scale of 6 to 8 years, to make revolutionary changes, and potential plagues and epidemics, and has encountered resistance. Everyone has a 1st Amendment right to make claims or denials in court. No one is stopping those who are oppressed or being defrauded from making public allegations or public defenses. Those who are too lazy to struggle for an education, are easy prey for those who have sacrificed to learn how to operate in the courts.
This “misadministration” of the public trusts that THEY have created needs to be addressed en masse in my opinion.
-> You are free to file a class action law suit anytime you want, and there are no filing fees for a class action law suit. You just need to select someone to be the index person/index case, and create a class description. The financial rewards of winning a class action lawsuit are tremendous. Go for it! No one is stopping you. If you get a corrupt judge, then recuse him or her. I have examples of how to recuse a judge in federal court. Let me know if you need any information.
All Americans need to be brought home to their natural jurisdiction on the land in one gigantic international class action suit.

-> My sense is that you are attempting too much in one lawsuit. Generally each district court operates within their own judicial district and 150 miles outside of it. Your scope of suit is too large, and the number of parties as Defendants is too great. Remember, in order to file a law suit, you need to have a provable damage. You then write an Affidavit of Complaint, that names the parties with particularity, not 100 Defendants, because that is unmanageable and considered frivolous. We have done it in a case involving a multi-agency home invasion without warrant, and it was a mistake, costly, and takes tremendous resources. Your law suit needs to have generally 15 or less parties, to go smoothly. You want a win, not an endurance test, not a war of attrition. If you could get a large enough segment of the population to agree with you on your side, then theoretically you might be able to establish a political entity that could enter into a treaty with the service corporation. Tim Turner was establishing a political entity separate from the service corporation. He was well on his way to doing that and obtaining international recognition. If you feel strongly enough about your position, you might try to contact the remaining members of that entity, to strengthen it to the point of recognition sufficient to negotiate a treaty with the service corporation known as the federal government, perhaps brokered through another international entity – but then you are back to the IMF and the UN, run by the Illuminati.

I have been following along— it is laudable work you are doing, but it makes me glaze over. I have done this and I have done that— played plaintiff and been mistaken as defendant more time than I care to think about.
