Anyone here have any idea what this might signify?

Unusual happenings with inactive radio stations, signaling something big about to happen?

On SKYKING (8992 or 11175 kHz USB) a call sign called “COLLAPSE” which has not been heard since 2001 has just broadcasted 4 messages to numbered stations/units in the last few minutes.
“FUXEBOX” and “Reykjavik,” have also broadcast in the last few days and they haven’t been heard since 1991 (collapse of the Soviet Union).
“COLLAPSE” has sent 3 messages in the last few minutes.

We do not know what these codes mean, but it considered
These are alerts to “All Stations” before the codes are sent. I did my best to record all these but missed recording “the alert phrase” where they said “All stations, all stations.” This has all happened in the last half hour (0230-0304 EST). Also notice that in the first two it was the same voice and 3 and 4 both different voices.

The second and third is pretty complex im going to go back and listen to them again probably ......the fourth message ends with stay on mission or continue mission objectives.

Okay...2 bits of additional info here: 1 is that the 3rd msg contains a reference to DEFCON and that in the header for the post is the word: SKYKING which I'm told is the command to "go live and attack".

I'm guessing QS means period (full stop) or gives an indication as to the encoding of the following packet of information. Each phrase after the QS has exactly 28 characters in it.

QS is normally an Interogative or 'Query'.
My guess is this is a simple single strength test, 5 letter blocks.
Started with a query. It might be operated by nefarious sources but I think the actual message is a signal test for the freq\channel

(1/2) Ok after 7 hours of playing with this the best I can do is say its a nasa space craft that went dark and they were trying to either figure out where its crashing or where to guide it to crash
