Arnie Rosner: Response to Judge Anna. We love a lot of what you have taught us and revealed; but it is the dropping of the other shoe about which I have the concern….

The Judge – I didn’t say they were ALL “innocent” did I?
arnie – No You didn’t…But I said they were…!
and you should have...and that is my point…

As evidence I offer…But then what explains why 545 members of the Congress have remained MUM on obama’s ineligibility? They know…we know they know. That is treason.

But then what explains the actions of the courts?
When more than 100 cases are rejected by courts which we now know are not lawful courts of the American people and we know they are manipulated…We know the judges are guilty.  More treason?

But then what explains the actions of the BAR and their members?  When many different cases where attorneys pretend to be protecting their clients, actually are misrepresenting their efforts and are working for the courts…we know the attorneys are acting in fraud.  Is that perhaps by accident?  Ignorance?

But then what explains the county commissioners who have been exposed as when being elected to county public service officers are also commissioned as corporate officers by the same election results…HENRY COUNTY GOVERNMENTAL FINANCE CORPORATION – 1998

You state exactly what you intend to state.  As a dumb old man, I may make mistakes…especially in grammar or spelling…but you?   Sorry…not a chance…you are a judge and you know exactly what you are doing.

Part of what you state might be true at the beginning, but upon being challenged by members of their constituency and other credible Americans NONE –
DID YOU TAKE NOTE…? NONE HAVE ACTED TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.  NONE HAVE RESIGNED.  NONE CAME FORWARD.
THERE IS NO VALIDITY OR CREDIBILITY TO YOUR CONTENTIONS. You are deliberately attempting to mitigate the crimes of which ALL are guilty.

You expose yourself as promoting a supportive position to cover for the members who are de facto and who have exposed their criminal intent.

The duty of all public servants is clearly to perform the work of the people.  As responsible members of society, if they lack sufficient knowledge to perform their job, it is their responsibility as any American, to educate themselves. Ignorance of the law is no excuse!
Now where have we heard that before?
 Further, when in their official capacity as representatives of the people, Their personal views count no more than any other constituent—
but even then—they are to act on the will of the people by whom they are being paid…through the public trust…and not on the demand of the lobbyist by whom they are being paid a bribe.

Theses criminals even have gone so far as to  deliberately erect restrictive web form barriers to inhibit the ability of their constituency to express their grievances. This is a direct “Breach of the Public Trust”  and directly conflicts with the First Amendment.   Are we still addressing ignorance?

 Enough citizens know more of the truth then might be openly admitted.   From my own experience, most admit they are fearful of retaliation. They also have other personal issues involved which forces them to remain silent.
This type of intimidation and coercion is contrary to the protections provided by the Constitution.
Those of the innocent class, to hear you describe them, are very busy at attempting to impose unconstitutional legislation to silence free speech, infringe on the second amendment, and incarcerate those who expose the fraud.
These are the people you contend are ignorant.   I say to that BULL… a barefaced lie!

This is  No place for more alinsky tactics.  this is not about me. This is not about you. This is not about any of us as individuals.
Your attempt here to change the subject is obvious and unacceptably divisive!  You disrespect all of those who may be reading this document.
This is clearly about those who have chosen a path of criminality.  This is about fraud, impersonation, criminal impersonation and criminal fraud perpetrated on the people.
This is a matter of misrepresentation and violation of the public trust… All serious crimes! And while there may be some who could feign being innocent, it is the duty of every public servant and every American citizen to begin to challenge and question every one of them.
and  it is with perfect justification  we the people  must consider  the question  and aggressively pursue the answer as to  have they lied to us over the last 200 years.
And I challenge you judge Anna to offer any justification that would contradict what I have stated above!

  If the playing field in America was level at this moment I could agree that that would be a good place from where to begin. However, Judge Anna, In many cases, the public records, to which you refer have been altered and sealed from view, the facts have been altered and the documents distorted, hidden and destroyed.
The treaties to which you point, may be provided as historical events, but in my own personal experience (I refer to the manner in which agenda 21 and the environmentally related seminars are theatrically  Produced and presented…)
Created and promoted by private corporations; not even identified as lawful government,  (with no apparent delegated authority to do so from the people of their respective countries).
And then they go on to promote and misrepresent the outcomes of these specific agendas as public policy to be implemented by the rest of the world.
Absolutely brilliant case of fraud on display! and all of it carries no force of law and is null and void at the offset, except for the illusion of legitimacy created by the promoting corporations in coordination with a media service which is part of the corporate conglomerate.
So—Where is the legitimacy of what we are being asked to accept as  lawful international treaties and agreements  based upon natural law… God’s law if you will?

some of what you say here may be closer to the truth, however, as stated earlier, Judge Anna, this is not about me or you.
This is not about attempting to apply Alinsky guilt tactics or subtly attacking me through my ego;  I’m way too dumb and stupid to respond to that trickery.

This is about crimes committed against the people by those who were trusted enough to be elected to high office in good faith. People who were elected in good faith and chose to dishonor those by whom they were elected.
