Around October 2017 and until the date of this notice, the Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”) or the Central Bank of Malaysia on its website, www.bnm.gov.my issued a SCAM ALERT notice against Tu-E Capital Berhad. Due to continuous ‘attack’ on Tu-E Capital and GIDIFA by various parties dealing with them, including country’s authorities, Centric Asia Films on grounds of being an independent party and not in affiliation with the agendas of Tu-E Capital and indirectly of GIDIFA’s, has decided to withdraw from using the channel name“TU-E CAPITAL TV”. As our attempt to rename the channel failed, in the best interest of all parties we have created a new channel “HERITAGE ASSETS,TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?” in continuation of our independent endeavor of creating awareness on the global heritage assets and historical bonds.
