Dave Schmidt - Meta 1 Coin - Legal Troubles

It appears FINALLY, after years of scamming, Dave Schmidt and Booby Dunlap are in big legal hot water. As most know, in June of this year, Robert Dunlap and Meta 1 Coin was found guilty of fraud after Charles Trois filed a lawsuit in a Texas court. Incredibly, Robert Dunlap did not show for the hearing and a judgment was issued for a little over $25 million. Even more bizarre, Robert Dunlap and Meta 1 Coin filed an appeal and it appears thus far they have not paid the filing fees or filled out the correct paper work. The last order issued was they have 15 days to comply. Regardless, odds are the $25 million judgment will stand. Anyone who thinks ol’ Booby Dunlap was not trying to scam the art from Charles Trois is as much a moron as Dunlap. So how does Dave Schmidt respond to a major newspaper reporting the fraud along with public court records of the fraud findings – he claims the entire story is false! Incredible! This guy is as honest as the NY Times! Even worse, he then falsely claims Patrick Danner, the reporter of the Texas paper who wrote the article, was a relative of Charles Trois the scam victim, was fired by the paper after Booby Dunlap called them and was a criminal facing charges himself and possible arrest! Schmidt is one hell of a lying sociopath! Danner has been made aware of Dave’s assertions. To make it worse, Dave then claims Charles Trois lied, is facing criminal charges and will most likely be arrested himself! Yes – BLAME AND DEFAME THE VICTIM! Dave is one sick SOB. He then even claims Booby Dunlap has all the paperwork for the contracts and has the art! Clay Snell, the Texas attorney for Charles Trois, was made aware via phone call and sent the links to Dave’s Blog Talk radio recording where he defames Mr. Trois. His office seemed happy to be made aware this was going on and I will go out on a limb and speculate Attorney Snell was NOT amused by Dave Schmidt’s calling his client, the scam victim, a criminal. It’s amazing to see Dave scramble now in desperation. Odds are more lawsuits await as keep in mind Mr. Webber claimed he lost $60,000 to the Meta 1 Coin scam. Folks, grab some popcorn. This is just the beginning to the sh^t show known as Meta 1 Coin!
